As an ebay customer, I’m very disappointed that eBay Customer Service wasn’t able to Redeem the coupons they were advertising on the two orders I purchased. The coupons didn’t get applied to my purchases as I checked out. I explained this to their customer service, I asked them if they could redeem the two coupons “ STARTFRESH” They said it wasn’t possible bc the orders were complete and done. They said it would have had to been applied at the time of checking out.I was like really, I mean with today’s technology anything is possible, they could have Credit it back to my credit card. But they said it wasn’t doable bc the purchase was already completed. I was like again REALLY! , I said other companies can do this with today’s technology. They said the only way they can Redeem the coupons “STARTFRESH” was to return the items back, which meant required a return shipping labels re-package both units and contact the customer for a credit. And then replace the order again. I was shocked!! and disappointed, I’m NOT a happy customer. Very dissatisfied customer with ebay. Thank you.
