Very bad customer service. I waste 3 days to setup account, campaign, ads, they even require me to setup my CC details and only after that suspend my ads and campaign, coz we are Law firm. Are you kidding me? There are a lot of Law firms, who have account with Adroll. Few words about customer service: no phone communication, email and chat (just basic answers), sometimes response time is >48 hours. Waste of my time :-(

Hardest subscription I've ever had to cancel. I tried the free trial for one week and then rang to cancel. The customer service assistant has obviously been told to keep as many subscriptions as possible so I had to haggle to cancel the cancellation. Really poor service all round.

Complete scam. Was given a brand new Fandango gift card for christmas. Scratched off the code and entered and its not recognized. No customer support phone number on card OR site. Instead they have an email template that you send in and they get back to you within 72 HOURS.

Absolutely the worse customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life.I ordered a rug that they mentioned will arrive Dec 21st. When Dec 20th came, there was still no shipping or tracking information so I cancelled the order. I was assured the order was cancelled.By my surprise, Dec 29, my order STILL CAME. I called again and was told the customer service rep didn’t do their job! WHAT!!!!I still have get to recieved my money back from this horrible company.

Don’t take checks from Wells Fargo Customers. Wells Fargo has a policy that if one of their customers writes a check to your business, they will charge you (the vendor) $7.50 to cash the check written on that very bank. It is an unscrupulous policy that I’m sure they make billions on each year. I have made it MY policy that my business no longer takes checks from Well Fargo, full stop. Don’t do business with Wells Fargo Customers.

As so many others have said, prime has really deteriorated at the same time costing a lot more. As others have also said a lot of what was once free content (which it isn't as your are paying a subscription for it!) you now have to rent or buy! There's not as much new content added as was the case before and the new menu/UI is appalling! It's not easier to use at all, half of the features have been taken away just replaced with constant push to pay for more and more stuff. Not worth the money. And I don't think a company owned by a man who has more money than he can spend in his lifetime can blame the money grabbing down to the cost of living crisis. Just greedy capitalism working at it's best in my view. Won't be renewing my subscription like it sounds many others won't. Time to listen to your customers Amazon/Geoff!

I've been using Pixlr since 2020. I've only just recently started using it more for YouTube and now they've decided to hit users with a dumb daily limit out of nowhere. There are alternative sites and programs to use that don't charge. 2023 is the year we see a lot of platforms crumble cause of greed. They ignore their user base on Twitter, Discord and Reddit. The majority of the Discord has changed their names to either # or ! FreeSaveLimit LetUsSave or BringBackFreeSaves. If you're smart Pixlr (and I know you read these reviews) I'd listen to the people, there are other ways to nickel and dime users, like giving us features worth paying for instead of taking away a basic feature like saving.

Q24i-10In my experience, Do Not purchase this product.Unfortunately Lenovo designed an overcomplex monitor that will take you hours apon hours to onboard for use.It is challenging to understand why Lenovo would make something as simple as a monitor so complex that the general population cannot get this monitor to work correctly for 'Sound.'I found myself in a rabbit hole of Lenovo phone calls, and chat supports, spending hours of time without resolve and not only without resolve, no one even tried to troubleshoot a suggestion for remedy.Be prepared on phone support for lots of wrong information, transfers, and hold times. One Lenovo Rep from the Atlanta Georgia phone support office informed me the monitor did NOT have any internal speakers.......seriously of course it has internal speakers.............so please be prepared for all kinds of off track responses.I was also on Lenovo Chat support for 1 1/2 hours with Lenovo Chat support asking me multiple questions more appropriate for computer science experts than a general customer.Again, 1 1/2 hours later I was still without any actual contribution or directions to troubleshoot the sound problem. Finally Lenovo Chat support requested to me if they could log in via remote to my computer assuring me how safe the Lenovo chat support remote system being used is. Please beware I googled the Lenovo chat support remote system.Beware and be warned there are many documented risks about Lenovo's chat support remote system and references to resulting Virus.As I am writing this review, I have Lenovo the Atlanta Georgia phone support office on the phone and for the past 45 minutes they have been unable to assist me. I did inform the Lenovo Rep that I am posting my reviews about my ongoing customer experience and I am here to let readers know I am still on the phone and Lenovo seems to 'couldn't care less' about my Lenovo problem. There continues to be no effort to resolve or remedy the situation.In summary in my experience and in my opinion do not buy Lenovo products.

LENOVO services look like, once more, a scratched Vynil disk. I made my order (1 laptop and 1 backpack) on 22/01/2025. They were supposed to ship the goods 2-3 days after payment. Today is the 11th of February, and I am still waiting for it. They set up already four different dates to arrive (last one was yesterday) and nothing. Cheked the UPS tracking system and "Estimated delivery: The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible.". So how it is possible for LENOVO to provide an estimated delivery date (last ones were yesterday 10th Fev and the "new" one is today - 11th Fev). It looks like LENOVO does not know what it is "talking" about. Again and for the second time, what a crap of service!

What a disgrace of a service. Their customer service is appalling, probably the worst I have ever experienced anywhere. Dell subcontracts call centers who knows where in French Magreb and the result is a group of nasty, illiterate disrespecting inbreds answering your calls for what is a disaster of a purchase process on their poor excuse for a site.So basically you spend a large sum of money, cannot contact anyone in France to help you when it goes wrong and the only people you can contact are the imbeciles Dell entrusts its clients to, who disrespect you, hang up on you and mock you over the phone.NEVER buy here. NEVER. Stay as far away as possible. Dell France is the plague and you will regret any interaction you have with them.
