If everything worked as it should, I would give it five stars; but it doesn't. It is so unbearably glitchy at times and every update seems to make things worse. Support is abhorrent. My advice if you haven't used it yet, is save yourself the torment and use something else.

If I could I wouldn’t give one star ! Worst worst worst service ever, had me switch from TMobile by showing us all these amazing offers, they literally bribe you out with feeding Lies!!! I switched my whole family to at&t by them showing me a bill of $250 total of 5 lines. First bill came out to be $1750 !!!!!!!! And then told me oh just pay it for now we will credit it back! WTF????? No customer service! No correct tracking of phones! I cancelled everything and transferred my lines back and line were closed within 14 days trial period! I am still receiving bills for the month with no active lines ! I returned the phone with tracking label they provided and the tracking said delivered! But the customer service telling me they didn’t receive it! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? $5000 worth of phones. My job is done when I shipped the phone!! You have to claim it with carrier no customer !!!! So f***** stupid!!!! If I have to pay for shit I will literally sue the company at this point because I have all the proof!!

Very unhappy with Amazon todayCant log in to my prime account, asks me for an OTP everytime but nothing arrives on my phone as usually does! And cant contact them in any way. No way to contact them when you cant or login? No outside number that works to resolve it. And im paying for prime too!

This app has become utterly useless, totally inaccurate, a complete waste of time, predictions of only a few hours ahead even are inaccurate now. The people who are paid and produce such rubbish need to ask themselves what they are about & should hang their heads in shame for the diabolical forecasts they give now.

The product itself was good 4 stars. The part that disappointed me was how difficult it was to navigate between all the different subscription offers. I settled on the three months for a buck figuring at the end I will get a year if the product is good. I missed my deadline and was charged $43 a month for two months. Their customer service is so poor, by the time my subscription was canceled Id been billed for a third month. So $130 when a full year is offered at $67.60...... But that's only for NEW customers!

I have been using Parallels Desktop for a long time (Since Parallels Desktop 5). And I'm very much satisfied to use the Mac OS and Windows with seamlessly on Mac computers. When I evaluated the Parallels Desktop 5, I evaluated two or three of softwares at that time, but I decided to select the Parallels Desktop because of the future extensions. This decision is truly correct and best selection. I usually used the Windows for business and Mac OS for privately. Mac OS and Windows are using seamlessly, therefore it's very convenient for my daily life. And I recommended to my friend that the Parallels Desktop is the best and excellent for Mac computer users.
