If I could I wouldn’t give one star ! Worst worst worst service ever, had me switch from TMobile by showing us all these amazing offers, they literally bribe you out with feeding Lies!!! I switched my whole family to at&t by them showing me a bill of $250 total of 5 lines. First bill came out to be $1750 !!!!!!!! And then told me oh just pay it for now we will credit it back! WTF????? No customer service! No correct tracking of phones! I cancelled everything and transferred my lines back and line were closed within 14 days trial period! I am still receiving bills for the month with no active lines ! I returned the phone with tracking label they provided and the tracking said delivered! But the customer service telling me they didn’t receive it! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? $5000 worth of phones. My job is done when I shipped the phone!! You have to claim it with carrier no customer !!!! So f***** stupid!!!! If I have to pay for shit I will literally sue the company at this point because I have all the proof!!
