Review of crunchyroll

Amazed how bad a streaming services can be

Crunchyroll has the worst service I have ever encounterd, it honestly sometimes even feel like it's all a big fraud, that's how little to none effort they put in working on improving this horrible streaming service, if you're looking to see if crunchyroll is any good take my advice and believe me when I say it's not, you will be paying for buffering, errors in subtitles/languages, sometimes whole episodes and full series dissapear for a while!!! I mean there's a reason that they don't do free try outs right? They know very well that they will be making a little to none customers if they do that, it seem like a big joke!!!

Review of bluehost

Cheap, but too many limitations

I got the basic plan ( up to 10 websites ). But a lot of things have been a pain to do: * When I built a website and wanted to assign a domainname later. I have to go through the chat to have them do it from their side ( as it is not possible to do yourself ).* I had to migrate some email. Bluehost had set the limit for a cpanel email account to 100MB. Normally you can change that to your needs, but they set up cpanel so you cannot exceed that limit and have to buy extra services of them.

Price gouging before big sale

The Kyhir Upholstered Chaise Lounge was priced at $1549.99 on 10/12/23. I check today 10/24/23 and the price jumped to $1799.99, just before tomorrow's Big Sale!!The price originally $2200 kept dropping for months down to $1549.99. But to increase it by $250 right before a Big three day sale is outrageous!Bad Wayfair Bad. Not exactly "fair".Wonder how many other items are being price gouged

Absolute trash. No phone support for sellers.

Absolute trash.I chose them over Lightspeed because if you had issues at the retail location, you could actually reach telephone seller support within minutes....now? No way.Now you get an incompetent idiot working from home, having you go through steps they don't know will work, and then end up wasting an hour on a completely non-productive chat. I am looking for alternatives after removing their seller phone support.EDIT: I did manage to get the number for 'seller phone support' after waiting 5+ minutes for a chat agent. But the phone support line told me to go to a link to get a PIN, which didn't work. It just kept bringing me back to the login screen. After another 5+ minutes for yet another chat agent, I threatened to cancel and go with another POS system if I didn't speak to somebody. I was given the same number as before, but the chat agent provided a working link to get the pin. Finally.After 2 minutes on the phone with a person, the issue was resolved. After a previous hour+ wasted on a chat support guy who had no clue what he was doing, then 15-20 minutes just demanding to speak to a person, or cancel my service.Now it's like Rogers Communications I guess. You have to threaten to cancel your services to get any quality treatment at all.

Dreadful Customer Service…

Google customer service is non existent. You can't get in touch with them to make a complaint I had a bad review written about my business by someone who was the subject of a police report for theft and harassment. I have tried to get in touch with Google. No response. They just don't care about customer experience, don't even have contact options in the UK. No phone contact centre and don't follow up on contact you make with them. Woeful customer service.

Good products, name brands, but they mark up the prices higher than the suggested retail price of the manufacturers and then they offer you a discount. It’s just ridiculous. Really be careful in buying for these people.

It works but...

It works. The website is a treat. It's becoming a go-to in our industry (civil engineering) which frequently has to move large files.So why the low marks?(1) I have a heavy workload at the moment and keep losing files that expire before I get round to them. It's so embarrassing asking customers to se-send.(2) Support seems basically non-existent, or at least, very hard to access a real person.(3) I took out a paid account but there doesn't seem to be any benefit. I was hoping there would be a feature whereby a file incoming to my address would automatically be transferred and stored in my account so I wouldn't have to worry about expiry, but there's no such thing.

13 days wait with no update, followed by the wrong item delivered. The single worst online experience ever. Wonder if this would be acceptable in Japan? Parent company please take note. Shame no zero star option.

Truly disappointed by you guys

I have shopped from Uniqlo since I was living in Japan, so it is one of my favorite and trusted brands since I moved to the states. Their clothing is made of quality, although I think that in the U.S. it's a little pricey than how I remember their pricing in Japan.I'm mostly disappointed by the lack of customer service that I experienced recently by an employee named Terrence. Terrence did not help me with my situation at all, despite the fact that my package was missing. He simply mentioned that I received the package, because the postal service claimed that it was delivered. I was home all day long and did not hear the mail man stop by. They usually knock on the door when dropping off orders. I nearly spent $100 and Terrence the customer service rep would not grant me even a partial refund. My order was part of a birthday gift, so I'm pretty livid about all of this.Hopefully the dispute I filed will pull through, but now I am weary about shopping through Uniqlo's online store.Good luck at keeping your job, Terrence, because you're not fit for customer service work. Also, please don't send me a customer service survey after NOT assisting me with my issue.
