Get us our Tax Money

Hmm.. where do I start? My husband and I filed our taxes early PER the IRS's request. That date was on Feb 12, 2021 it was Excepted Feb 14, 2021. As time goes by and now day 36, it is saying STILL PROCESSING.. HOW? WHY? I have called the IRS waited on the phone for 1 hour and finally was connected to a Rep, and was told that I should keep checking my bank! I am! And NOTHING!! Also,There has been NUMEROUS people that I know that filed there return 3 days ago and there return was Accepted, and now pending in there bank account! How? WHY? Is the IRS "picking" and "choosing"? If so.. that is wrong! DON'T tell us people to file early and have us all sitting around waiting for OUR money! I understand there is a Pandemic going on and the President Signed the Bill for the Stimulus but don't you think they should have workers doing different things? Have workers do the Taxes, have workers do the Stimulus Etc.. I still have yet to get my Stimulus! If the IRS got my Tax Return which they did, they would see my current banking info. but NO, they sent it a closed account! That goes to show they ARE NOT doing there JOB right! Now I have too wait for a check in the mail! IRS, STOP picking & Choosing who gets there returns. I will be going to my local news and newspaper very soon and letting them know what the Internal Revenue is doing!

Disappointed

Being a former participant in your program, I pursued the most recent version because your ad implied that both the mother and father DNA would be reported separately. It was not but is available, I guess, for an ADDITIONAL FEE. What I received was a modified, less detailed version of my original report from 2021/22. I am very disappointed. I was looking to sort M's & F's DNA to determine how much of a mongrel I am.

I had a great experience at Christmas with Sketchplanations. Redbubble always has art that I love. Their customer service is quick and always helpful. The variety is fantastic. They have so many things that no one else has. The shipping is quick and everything is good quality.

App unusable. TEST YOUR SYSTEMS!!!

The app is not functioning. It’s full of defects. Shocking how bad it is. It’s totally unusable. I’ve deleted the app. I loath booking . Com but I have no option but to use them YET again. Hotels.com, you seriously need to get your IT and testing in order. From a professionally qualified Test Analyst. Don’t scrimp on cheap offshore testers. You’ll loose more in revenue than you’ll EVER save with cheap labour. You pay for what you get. Poor management decision!

I will never use Hotels.com again

I will never use Hotels.com again. This is now the second time I’ve been screwed by them. The first time I paid hotels.com and then stayed at the Westin resort and then the hotel charged me, and when I went to dispute the double charge on my credit card Their rebuttal was that Hotels.com never paid them for the room when I paid Hotels.com, but they never gave the money to the hotel and now the second time I had an itinerary with a booking where if I canceled the reservation, there would’ve been $1000 charge but when I arrived at the hotel They did not have my booking on file which was clearly in writing and they had no rooms available and just said “sorry I can’t help you” after I drove over four hours to get there and that was after taking a flight so not only will I never stay at The Ray hotel again in Delray - I deleted Hotels.com app and I will never book with them again and I highly advise booking directly with the hotel itself for now on as it’s much cheaper and they are happier about it, and Hotels.com had the nerve to ask me how my stay was and my check-in via email DISacknowledging that I didn’t even get to complete the booking because they never passed it over to the hotel and I had nowhere to stay. thank God I found the Opal resort on the beach and it was great

I gave them a one-star rating. In a nutcase: I created an account, placed an order, log in later to check status, cannot log in, contact customer service, told the account was suspended due to 'suspicious activity'. Payment was made and deducted from my bank account. The only suspicious thing about my brief association with these dips**ts is how they're able to breathe with their heads stuck so far up their as*es.

I purchased online over a week ago...I still don't have any status updates on shipping...I would have purchased in store, had the products been available..I called customer service this morning, and was told there still wasn't any shipping information available..I was told I would have to wait another 8 days, before Ulta could do anything...it has already been 8 days, and Ulta customer service has no further information or interest in helping me. I will be shopping elsewhere..too many bad reviews for Ulta, indicates a bigger problem internally, and that they are not interested in resolving it..

I was banned from ordering from Ulta…

I was banned from ordering from Ulta online. After been years a diamond status and loyal customer, Ulta banned me from shopping online and falsely accused me as having multiple identity. It was mistake and error I unaware of, few weeks ago friend of mine asked me to help her to placing an order online using her credit card and after several attempts it didn't go through I thought that was strange because all her information was entered correctly. So, I decided to use my own card nonetheless my own card got rejected it as well, and I found out later after unsuccessfully placing her order she told me her Ulta account online having issues with her payment as well but she's not being transparent at first place,I'm very upset. After the incident I was not able to place online order for almost a month, so I emailed ulta CS back and forth because none of CS can clearly explain to me what it's really happened after few weeks I was not able to check out online, it kept shown verify your payment when at the time I tried to check out. All my card and address always the same and was saved on their system. They last CS was supervisor who is responding to email stating "We hope this email finds you well! My name is ****and I am a supervisor here at Ulta Beauty Guest Services. Please know we value your comments & concerns a great deal.We are very sorry to see you are having problems to order online in our website. After further review you are unable to order online due to a variety of contributing factors. As we researched your account, multiple identities and payment methods for the orders placed with your account were found. Please know that we only promote purchase for personal use or gifting and that these findings are not typical of a guest shopping for a gift or a product for themselves. At this time we will no longer be able to accept your online order requests on ulta.com. We welcome you to visit your local Ulta Beauty store for your beauty needs.I didn't aware using other credit card and billing address will caused me banned from shopping Ulta online! I was authorized by my friend to use her CC. I called CS numerous times to let them know this is an error and falsely accused, all them is trained to stating copy and paste what is on their website about term and condition. Sakinah supervisor was unprofessional, repulsive and ridiculous RUDE, raising her tone said nothing she can't do everything it was generating in their system is anything else how can help you with?? Shown no emphaty, not even trying to help if they can escalated this issue since it was a mistake, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I'm so frustrated because I have been saving a lot points this past two years. Now I'm not able to spend them. I do not shop in store and do most shopping online for my whole family. My business isn't appreciated here. I'm done with Ulta:(
