It works but...

It works. The website is a treat. It's becoming a go-to in our industry (civil engineering) which frequently has to move large files.So why the low marks?(1) I have a heavy workload at the moment and keep losing files that expire before I get round to them. It's so embarrassing asking customers to se-send.(2) Support seems basically non-existent, or at least, very hard to access a real person.(3) I took out a paid account but there doesn't seem to be any benefit. I was hoping there would be a feature whereby a file incoming to my address would automatically be transferred and stored in my account so I wouldn't have to worry about expiry, but there's no such thing.
