Booked a 2 bed flat from for a night for £130. Got to the property, called the person to get the number for the combination for the key but the they did not answer but text saying to message them. Told the. We were at the property and needed the combination to get the key. They didn't reply and blocked my number. Spoke to a lady that lives at one of the apartments and she informed me that I was scammed because I wasn't the 1st person to turn up at that apartment trying to get in. She mentioned that people from Germany have knocked on their door asking if they knew who to contact, people turning up at midnight trying to get into the apartment. It seems like it had been going on for sometime. I had to find alternative accommodation for my partner and our 3 kids. Luckily we managed to book at a Travel lodge. When I called customer service the next day. They basically told me they will report it to the "special fraud team" and put a warning against that apartment (not even to remove the scam apartment from their website) and told me there is nothing they can do i the way of a refund and that they are sorry I got scammed. I will never use booking.com again. Beware, not all properties advertised are legit on this site and if you get scammed. They won't do a thing to help you.

I only created an Academia.edu account some years ago in hopes of having the time to use it in the future. I had paid $99 a year for several years for something I barely use. With no advance notice they just billed me $299 - A 200% INCREASE WITH NO WARNING!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!

I've been paying for Adobe Photoshop for years thinking it was a monthly subscription. I retired this week and went to cancel my subscription and got charged $174.00 because it's a yearly subscription from whatever date to whatever date in this year. I pay monthly and I understand that I the price I was offered this was based on a year but after years and years of paying to charge me for the months I didn't use after all this time is criminal. I will NEVER pay for anything Adobe ever again. There are free options out there (Affinity is one) if you don't want to be robbed.

I went to sign up for a free trial, but I got repeated error messages that my card details weren't accepted - at that point I decided to give it a miss, and did not complete signing up.Bit of a shock when I get charged £561 for a service that I didn't even fully sign up for! Absolutely ridiculous.

I appreciate you work hard to help cancer patients. If you read Karma Book for once, you should be able to understand that people who get this illness have very bad karma and therefore the illness is therefore to protect from the worse. If they have read the book they can actually cure their own cancer themselves. If child gets cancer, their parents should cure their karma first not by using medication but by becoming a human.

I recently purchased a security camera from AliExpress, identical to 2 other cameras I already had so I am completely familiar with the product and how it works. The packaging was damaged and looked like it was kicked like a football! Camera did not appear damaged but it did not power on. I tried 4 different USB cables and power supplies (I already have 2 of these cameras so I used the power supply and cables from these cameras which I know 100% that they work). I sent photos of the packaging and requested a return and replacement of the defective camera. My request was rejected as they wanted more proof. I then sent 1-take unedited videos of the camera not powering on, EXACTLY as they requested, but it was rejected again!! What more do they want from me? Blood tests? DNA tests, perhaps? My first born child? Where do their ridiculous requests end? The video I sent proves 100% without a doubt that they sent me a defective item!The seller was extremely rude and insulting - it must have been the owner of "Devoccvo Security CCTV Store" as any employee being that rude would be fired instantly here in North America. This particular seller was insulting and basically laughed in my face when I needed their help, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I got the impression that the owner of "Devoccvo Security CCTV Store" does not like Westerners.When purchasing ANYTHING at AliExpress, just be aware that you will have ZERO warranty and you will be stuck with whatever defective junk these scammer sellers decide to send to you.

If I could give a zero, I would. Been trying for a month to contact shutterstock support. The phone will ring, the automated service will say enter your account id, after doing that it will go quiet and the line would disconnect. The chat always says, contact us during certain hours. Just emailed them again. They keep taking 37 dollars from my credit card and I can't cancel the subscription on the site. THE MOST CROOKED COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN IS SHUTTERSTOCK PERIOD.

Trying to order replacement part for gas cooktop.Part not sold online so call Samsung 800#.Was contacted by Daniel C. from Samsung EXTRA CARE.That department should be renamed NO CARE.Daniel C. was very rude and even hung up on me.However he did say if I wanted a $20 replacement part I would have to spend over $600.00 to purchase 3 new grills for the cooktop.Terrible customer care.I would NEVER purchase another Samsung product.I did write to US CEO of Samsung but, not holding out any hope.Respectfully submitted,Chris Stanko

I would give 0 star if I can. FIFA Online Store are thieves.Order Summary do not provide estimated import fees (which is sky high). There is no option to do order cancellation (good luck contacting them). They only responded with standard template (or provide no response at all) to my cancellation request. Eventually I directed UPS to return the shipment to sender; zero response when I asked for full refund. After filing dispute with credit card company, they eventually refund the product only; but still charged me for shipping fee (even the product has never arrived to my address).Overall, a very bad merchant to deal with. Once you place an order, you are inside their trap. Expect to lose your shipping fee no matter what (and yes merchant do make money on shipping fee).
