Not user friendly. Not easy to navigate, I will never purchase anything through this AI website again and will tell everyone on my open, FB acct.

I signed up at Target to get internet thru AT&T.They promised me a $150 Target gift card. Of course I never got it. AT&T should not by lying to people about promotions. After 2 months I cancelled and will be going with my previous carrier.

I WAS IN A SEEKING ALPHA PREMIUM TRIAL AND THERE WAS A LINK TO UPGRADE TO pro VERSION. UNKOWINGLY I UPDATED MY CC INFO, AND THINKING IT WAS A TRIAL I WAS INSTANTLY ENROLLED! I WAS TOLD THERE IS NO REFUND POLICY EVEN AFTER CLAIMS TO REVIEW AND GET BACK TO ME??? STILL WAITING TO GET A $543.00 REFUND! tO AVOID REFUNDS EVEN BY AN ERROR YOU ARE NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK! tHIS IS CRIMINAL AND THEY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND OVER RATED. AND AFTER SEEING THIS "PRO" VERSION ITS BASICALLY A SMALL DIFFERANCE AND NOT MORTH A PENNY MORE THAN PREMIUM VERSION.

There is nothing wrong with the actual product, but their payment plans are unbelievably misleading and frankly a scam. I also got stuck in a year-long contract despite everything saying I should be able to cancel it whenever I want. I decided to try using Adobe again after a break from graphic design and got a subscription for personal use to get back into it. Now I have a new job and got my company to switch completely to Affinity. Even if you can afford to pay the outrageous amount for Adobe, don't do it for moral reasons. No one wants to give money to a crooked company.

I went to Target last night to pick out a " MGA Mini brand" item . I spent awhile looking through all of the series and then I finally found the one I wanted. It was the last of it's series left on the shelf. Once I went to check out they told me the item was recalled and I couldn't buy it. I didn't start a fight with them about it but I wasted my time. I'm sure the manager it just going to throw it away. ( I only wanted to buy this item and a snack)

Amex does not want to refund me for a hotel reservation which was cancelled way ahead of the free cancellation deadline (Complaint Reference: E75AD65QL). I have now spent over two hours between online chat, emails, sending print screens, etc and am just exhausted. Not that I would need to prove something which is factually true, but there is clear evidence that I am right. Firstly, the reservation does not show on Amex's own website in the "Manage My Bookings". All reservations that were not cancelled show up there. If the reservation had not been cancelled it should be shown there - it does not. Secondly, they have already admitted via email that I did not use the reservation. Note I have been an Amex client for over four years and more recently became an Amex Platinum. This is completely unacceptable and goes against everything you would expect regarding customer service for a Platinum customer. I don't have more time to waste on endless emails with their "investigation" department so Trustpilot is my last resort. I will also cancel my credit card - better to take my business elsewhere.

The Joke continues....I have not been able to make a Fiat withdrawal from this app for over a month.....Been in contact with the staff who finally found out that the reason I can not withdraw any money is because my selfie did not live up to the standards.Ok then, more than ready to do a new one, but can not redo my application and get absolutely no help from the staff.So furious....Wonder If I will ever get my money back.
