Our experience with Emirates and their "Special Assistance" service at Dubai Airport was an absolute nightmare. Travelling with my elderly grandmother, who requires a wheelchair due to limited mobility, turned into a physically and emotionally distressing ordeal.On both 21 October 2024 (Dubai to Bali) and 29 October 2024 (Dubai to Johannesburg), we were abandoned without the pre-booked wheelchair assistance we desperately needed. Despite repeatedly requesting help, the staff ignored and dismissed us. This negligence caused us to nearly miss both flights, leaving us rushed, panicked, and scrambling to make it on time.The situation was worsened by the behaviour of an employee named "Grupan." His unprofessionalism, rudeness, and sexist attitude toward female passengers and colleagues were appalling. Instead of helping, he argued with me and dismissed our valid concerns. My grandmother was ultimately forced to walk long distances to the aircraft, which caused her significant pain and distress that lasted for several days.The staff's sheer indifference is staggering. The expectation that a passenger with limited mobility should walk hundreds of meters to the aircraft entrance completely defeats the purpose of booking assistance. Emirates' approach to accessibility is not only negligent but outright dehumanizing.Their response to my formal complaint was equally disheartening. Offering 10,000 Skywards Miles as a “gesture of goodwill” felt like an insult. They failed to provide any transparency about their actions to ensure this does not happen again. This experience has left me with no confidence in Emirates' ability to care for its passengers, especially those with special needs.If I ever have to fly Emirates again—which is highly unlikely—I will bring my own wheelchair because their service cannot be trusted. For an airline that markets itself as a leader in luxury and quality, this experience was nothing short of disgraceful. Avoid Emirates if you or a loved one need any kind of assistance—they are unreliable, negligent, and dehumanising.One star is far too generous

For the FIFTH time, I have not received a parcel that I've been informed has been delivered. Twice they said they had called and no response when I was in (and I can see from my video entry system whether a delivery has been attempted). THREE times it has been delivered not to my street number but to the number of my flat in the street and the residents there have come and delivered it on to me. I can't keep going to check whether the parcel has been delivered there and nor do I expect them to keep coming to me. These parcels are always correctly addressed so the driver is just not being careful enough.

DO NOT BUY AN ASUS LAPTOP EVER!!!!!I bought an Asus flipbook (UX461F) a little over a year ago. My warranty was for a year, and I didn't extend it, which was NOT a good idea. Barely a month after the warranty expired, my laptop began experiencing software problems - it wouldn't turn on! Thankfully, after a lot of searching around the internet and talking to people, I was able to fix it since I didn't want to pay the hefty cost of having to send in my laptop for repair. Now, I'm having problems connecting my bluetooth devices to it. I've had several problems before this, albeit relatively minor - sometimes the audio would just cut out and I'd have to restart my computer to fix this, or sometimes it wouldn't connect to the internet properly. Given how much I paid for this laptop, I am extremely disappointed with it. I shouldn't be having such problems, given that this laptop is a so-called high-end product. I would NEVER recommend asus to anyone ever. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! You could definitely do better!

What an awful awful laptop... don’t dare take it off charge otherwise it will last for about 3 blinks of the eye and die.Seriously regret my decision to ever purchase this brand of Laptop, I will never make that mistake ever again and ensure that anyone I speak to that wants to purchase a laptop is made fully aware of the horrendous speeds and limited battery power that this laptop provides.

My Facebook & Yahoo account (which was linked to my Facebook account by my email) and I reported it to FB which they put a block on, that was great, but since then, nothing. The hacker, FB found to be Nigerian has put up a 2-factor authentication code on my accounts locking me out. I even have a selfie as my profile picture and because I'm not American, they will not accept my photo ID or birth certificate. I have had a FB account since 2009, 15 years of memories, photos, friends; all gone, and Facebook don't care about their users like they say they do. No customer service, a hacker has my profile, and I get stuff all help from FB. So far, there is no justice for the people who have their accounts hacked, and I've paid a lot of money to IT companies to help me, but FB won't care about that either. I have lost all respect for FB, totally disgusted and disappointed.
