Absolutely horrible customer service

Even during these challenging times I have been doing a lot of online shopping. Dealing with DSW has been awful if you have to return/exchange an item. I ordered a pair of shoes in March and had to exchange for a smaller size. I thought it would be a simple process. WRONG! Here we are in mid-May and the issue has yet to be resolved. Trying to reach someone has been impossible. I understand the situation we are currently facing, however, if you plan to do business, the company needs to have representatives available to help their customers. Trying to reach someone on the phone is next to impossible. I have been calling daily without success. I am in the customer service field and this would be absolutely unacceptable customer service within my company. Just today I finally managed to reach someone only to be cut off during the conversation. Once this issue is resolved I will NOT be placing additional orders with DSW. Meanwhile I receive DAILY emails from DSW about sales items which I am just deleting. Save yourselves the frustration and order elsewhere.

ask about a hotels agreements with rewards programs

Since properties are individually owned, they consider this site to be a third party web site and do not honor or assist those guests who book through this site. I have had the problem twice and have discontinued association with them and their rewards program. Especially since the individual hotels negatively responded to complaints and the company can do nothing to assist you.

Idiot delivery drivers, rubbish customer service

Every single delivery is left in the wrong place, despite providing simple and clear instructions. Calling them up and complaining every time has achieved absolutely nothing, despite promises that they will sort it out. Leaving parcels in full view of the road and in the rain is simply not acceptable. Furthermore, it is just plain ignorant and idiotic. Trying to complain is tedious, time-consuming and futile.

Put some damn money into the app guys.

I love the amount of content I get with the ESPN+ subscription and even though it’s more than doubled in price since its release, I’m fine with the cost. My problems are with the CONSTANT buffering, glitching, freezing, and flat out not working or consistently taking forever for videos to load. To a point where it gives the video timed out message. Dog crap considering the amount of money ESPN makes let alone the owners with another app and company with constantly increasing prices as a thank you for record profits.

Doesn’t care about their customers …

Have been a Best Buy credit card holder for 7 years. Even after they lied to our son and consistently kept pushing out a delivery date when they actually didn’t have the product we kept our card as they did fix it in the end. Today went to pay our bill and it said we needed our updated card. We called and they said we didn’t receive knew cards because they closed the account. We have ALWAYS paid our bill. Rep said he could only resend letter. Looked like it was closed because we have a lot of revolving credit. We pay our bills!!! What does that matter. Customer of 7 years and that’s it. Said we can reapply for a new card. No thanks. We will give our money to a company who cares about loyal customers.

Take it away from the 8 year old.

BBc news app has been given to an 8 year old. Where once you could quickly navigate and choose which articles you wanted, this is all over the place and it still doesn't make sense. Who is it for? Not those that regularly use it!! I feel I'm missing out on the news rather than as before, easily choosing what interests me and then reading that article. Also the pictures used to slide across for all photos, but now I have to back button and choose the next one. Could it please be handed back to the adults so our news looks grown up.

Don't buy anything expensive - you might not receive it.

I've been waiting three weeks for my order, during that time I have received sixteen emails from AliExpress asking about my experience, updates about my order, and asking me to submit surveys. I'm not confident about receiving my order, thankfully it only cost £3.85 so I won't be asking for a refund.

Review of thomann

Marshall SV20

I'm not one to post reviews for everything online but thought this deserved one considering the amount of negatives I see for this retailer. I ordered a B stock (customer return) Marshall Studio Plexi from Thomann just before the Easter weekend. These amps can not be had from any retailer in the UK and the price stated on Thomanns website are inclusive of all taxes and customs charges so nothing extra to pay UK side. I also ordered a Harley Benton unloaded 112 Plus cabinet to go with it as i already have a Celestion speaker for it. I got an email on the Tuesday after Easter stating order had shipped. Had an email 3 days later saying package had cleared customs and was on its way in UK. I then arranged to collect from local DHL depot. The amp was well packed in a protective outer box with the amp in its original box concealed inside. Thomann even included free of charge, a UK kettle lead for the amp. The G112 Plus cabinet is made from 18mm ply and is really well made, really good quality. The Marshall works great, no issues and as you would expect, sounds fantastic! Thanks Thomann!

Review of songkick

The least amount of hassle of any ticketing system I've used

Recently I had occasion to buy tickets for 4 separate gigs. To do that I used Songkick, LunaTickets, TicketMaster and See Tickets. Songkick was hands down the easiest most pain free solution.

All the others want your inside leg measurement, have lots of unreadable captchas and just plain horrendous user experiences.

Songkick asked the bare minimum needed to sell me my tickets - it was like 2 or 3 steps not 10!

Not only was the process painless, the email contact had humour and the ticket turned up long before any of the other services.

Booking fees were reasonable rather than extortionate (I'm looking at You Ticketmaster who charges the same for posting a physical ticket as a print at home e-ticket!).

Highly recommended

Review of kroger

Too much junk in isles, not pleasant to shop.

Do you know the Kroger's mist all their produce to make it seem more appetizing and wants you to buy more. In reality, it makes their vegetables much heavier so when weigh, they make more money, plus it's a breeding ground for mold to grow so that you are forced to buy more vegetables more often.That thunder sound you hear before a mist comes out ...plays on your thinking. Quit letting Kroger's take advantage of your money. Plus, Kroger's isles are so crammed full of junk, you can't walk down one isle without a human traffic jam. I wish they would let a woman run the store, at least we could keep things cleaned up and honest. All about Almighty dollar, not quality or clean isles to shop. Just too much junk everywhere. Back to Meijer's and Fresh Market. At least spacious, clean isles to walk down and not so much stuff in your face. My neighbor has said the exact same thing. She cannot stand Kroger's. Although her husband does most of the grocery shopping, he ends up at Fresh Market too.....farther away, but calmer, cleaner and not so much junk. Too much clutter.

Really bad

Really bad. Just migrated to Google Drive instead.Dropbox is so slow & clunky to use, & Google Drive can group media by metadata such as location, date by month etc. which makes finding files a breeze. Dropbox might have been good years ago, but it's dreadful now.
