I placed an order on the 7th November for 4 bottles of body mist. Only 2 have arrived. No update. I contacted customer services which was pointless as the lady said she could see that 2 were still waiting to be shipped. I asked if I could have 2 that were in stock and was told no. I had to call back in a week. No email address to contact them just a telephone number which is always busy. It’s my daughter’s birthday tomorrow and the one that hasn’t arrived is the one she asked for. Customer service is very disappointing on this occasion.

I moved and called to get SI to change my address (in September). They told me the change wouldn't take effect until the December issue because an address change takes 6-8 weeks to process. I can understand missing the issue in progress but missing two additional issues? I've been a subscriber for 40 years and I'm done with SI.

went to buy a partial piece of 3/4" plywood.they didnt have any. so, i was willing to pay for a fuul sheet. needed it cut into 2' piecses whitch would be 3 cuts.was told by some kid that customers only get 2 cuts. then he turned and walked of. no hi, bye, go to hell, nothing. im a contractor and the washington mo lowes will never see anymore of my money!!1

All was ok till i wanted to change my flight to a later date, tried their mediocre app could pay to finalise the change as it kept giving me an error, same with website and same problem and they even rang me same problem. used 2 debit cards and a credit card on all these methods at lease twice to no avail while they work on other sites and at the atm. their customer service makes you try steps again even though its clear its their problem, also have the nerve to warn me of cancellation charge when i asked for refund and they were willing to only refund a small fraction of the cost then cancelled my flight with no consent. avoid like covid

I signed up for ASOS Premier to enjoy free shipping on orders of $20 or more. However, when I tried to place an order today, I was surprised to find that I wasn't receiving free shipping. After contacting customer service, I learned that they had made changes to my subscription mid-term, and free shipping to the US is no longer offered. I requested a refund since this change occurred during my subscription, but they refused, stating that I could cancel but wouldn't be eligible for a refund. They mentioned they would update their website, as it still claims that free shipping is available. I feel deceived by this situation and will no longer shop with them. There seems to be a disconnect between customer service and management, leading to the dissemination of incorrect information.

I have had nothing but trouble with square space. Site is down (which brings my web page down). There is no phone help. I paid for a full year and now it is looking like I will have to start all over with someone else because square space doesn't work. At the bottom it says "let square space know). Good luck, they don't care. Once they get your money - they disappear.

Had a really good experience! My account got hacked and the data was breached by the hackers. I regained access to my account but the data was lost and the hacker demanded 50$ to return back the data. In this case, I reached out to the Mega Support Team and they helped me recover my data from their servers within no time. Alhamdulillah I got my important data back and am really thankful to the Mega Support Team too as they are doing a really great work!
