Love this website! Amazing products and designs you can't find anywhere else. I now have all sorts of unique stuff all my friends ask about. Seeing some of the bad reviews here confused me initially until I read deeper. Most of those reviews are from artists that are angry Redbubble needs to charge fees to operate the business! While I get it to some degree, how else would the website work?! Etsy and Amazon need to do it, how would Redbubble be able to avoid it and compete?

I used to love Hotels.com but now they are a scam. I booked a hotel, and they gave me the total price to pay, and so I signed it. Then the hotel added a bunch of extra fees once I got there. Hotels.com will do nothing about it. Don't use them anymore. They are liars and don't care if they price they quote is correct.

I made a purchase through the website the other day only to be partially cancelled without notice, even though the money was fully charged from my bank account. I contacted customer service to see that was going on and they told me that the product had sold out while the payment was still being processed (why aren’t the products reserved while processing!?). I was given a 30% discount code to use on another order. Bear in mind I made an initial purchase of 90€ to get free shipping. On this second purchase there was no way I was going to pay 70€ minimum to get no delivery fees, so this second order was going to cost me more than the initial one, still I decided to go ahead with it. Unfortunately I messed up the shipping and billing details on this second order so I contacted customer service once again for help. They rudely told me changing the details would be impossible, so I asked to cancel the order and they said they would. I have screenshots where they specify my order number and guarantee a refund for that, As I didn’t receive any cancellation email I decided to contact them again today. I was told that no order was cancelled and that the refund was regarding my first purchase.They said there was no way to cancel the order, no way to change the details, no way to do anything. Contradicting themselves once again, very frustrating. So I asked how to submit a formal complaint. They told me I could go on the product page to write a review of the product. I explained that I love the products, I only have issues with the customer service. So they said I would receive an email to write a review. Guess what? I didn’t. They are rude and unhelpful. I have proof of all of this mess in screenshots.Not only will I never be buying here again I will also tell everyone how really bad this service is and how no one should buy these products from at least the original website. Worst customer service ever. The lack of organization is astonishing. Do not recommend. Will never buy again. Rude, unhelpful, uncoordinated.

They simply do not care. I have been trying to sort a return out which claims to be “free and easy” yet the website does not give an option to return and the “customer services” couldn’t give a monkeys. Will never buy direct from them again. Wish I went elsewhere

2 New debt card in a month because someone is using mine to pay their bills or its an inside job taking my money. This is the second time in a month I've had to call Wells Fargo fraud department because someone is using my cards to pay their bills in a different state and a recurring payment I don't have. I'm beginning to think its a Wells Fargo employee. Will be looking for a new bank to do business with.

Signed up to LastPass 2 days ago and it was a huge mistake. I can't even contact support even though it is a business account as I encounter the error 'portal account owner must have a role'. I have find no information anywhere on their website, their forums, google, chat gpt to change this. When trying to add me as a user I can't because I would have to buy a new license. Why would the account owner not have an admin role by default? How is that even a possibility? This is without a doubt the worst tool I have ever encountered. There is no way of contacting support if there is an error like this. The bot is useless and has 4 scripted responses. I really hope you do yourself a favour do not use Last Pass.
