Signed up to LastPass 2 days ago and it was a huge mistake. I can't even contact support even though it is a business account as I encounter the error 'portal account owner must have a role'. I have find no information anywhere on their website, their forums, google, chat gpt to change this. When trying to add me as a user I can't because I would have to buy a new license. Why would the account owner not have an admin role by default? How is that even a possibility? This is without a doubt the worst tool I have ever encountered. There is no way of contacting support if there is an error like this. The bot is useless and has 4 scripted responses. I really hope you do yourself a favour do not use Last Pass.
