At first, doing a review on G2 seemed too good to be true. I was skeptical of winning a gift card, but when I looked up G2, it seemed legitimate and professional. I did a review of Fiix software, because through my company I had done work setting up the Fiix database. I did the Fiix review on July 12th, then claimed my Amazon gift card the next day.

We have been loyal customers for over 5 years my husband’s name is on the account and passed away 5 months ago since that time I have tried to get his line shut off to no avail from them telling me the passcode is incorrect when in fact it wasnt to giving me a fictional number stating that this was the CEOs number. i cant even get a bill as to when the bill is do as they wont switch it over what POS company this is and of course lets not forget their data leak to the dark web

I ordered online on the 14 December and two weeks later it still hasn't arrived. It explicitly said the order would arrive before Christmas. I've started tracking it and it's someplace in Belgium. The customer service numbers for Ireland don't work and live chat is with a robot. Lego customer service is pathetic. I won't be ordering ever again.

Incredibly deceptive practices, they try to hook you into an "ANNUAL" Subscription after your free trial period runs over. This can screw you out of hundreds of dollars and I have no idea how any company can get away with deceptive practices on this scale.
