They tell you what exactly is on your screen. It is a foreign department like most customer service but they aren't able to do anything you can't do yourself online. Complete waste of time. Options for customer service include sending them an email however when you click that link, it brings you back to your account overview to figure out the problem itself. They transfer you around to different departments, customer service transferred me to fraud, fraud said they didn't handle so they transferred to customer service, customer service gave me the same run around......Still no fix to this and cannot get ahold of anyone that knows what they are talking about

Never ever trust them with your account information. They unpause the ad without warning then charge your account. 90% of the calls I got through their service were people trying to sell me something, 10% were scams, and my number must have gotten onto some kind of spam list because I get 2 or 3 fraud/spam calls every day. I got 0$ of work and paid out $850.I had a confirmed cancelation of my ad when it was at $155. One month later I had $755 taken from my account by Yelp without warning supposedly to pay for the outstanding ad balance from the two months that it was suposed to be canceled for. I spent 2 hours to disputed the charge with my bank, the funds were returned and I cancelled that card so I thought they would have no more access to my account... one month later once again the $755 had been taken by Yelp. I'll have to spend another 2 hours on the phone to dispute it again. This time once the funds are returned I'll close the account so they never touch my account again. I had to take out a loan to cover my expenses due to suddenly being charged for an overpriced service I didn't ask for. It's shady businesses like this that make me warry of trusting my account information with any online service. I'm now opening a completely separate account for any kind of online subscription services that has a $200 transaction limit so I don't give these pirates access to my money.

I do not recommend ordering off this website, when I ordered it said it will be here in up to 4-5 working days, over 3 weeks it took to get here, and I had no idea emails updating me where it was.I won’t order from their website again

Awful customer support. Its been over a week since raising a support ticket and no response still. Tried contacting them through the sales team but was just told that they don't deal with support. No number to call, no live chat. This is the last thing you want if your business is dependent on your website, what a shambles. Avoid them at all costs.

Extremely frustrating to use! In fact I just downloaded OneTab from Chrome, which I despise, because I cannot get any of Opera's supposed functions to work! I save time consuming research to Speedial, and never see it again. I save to Workspace folders/tabs and cannot get them to work. Where is my data? At least Google delivers, but "why the Fudge" do I have to deal with "stalker frogs" when Opera was a promised "prince charming"!When I hit the "n" key in any word a new window opens. No lie (just did that 2x; why?) If a guy or gal will help me great!PS: no youtube video has helped. :(

My review is not against the stylist in any way because she was amazing and did exactly what I had pictured in my head. I felt like an absolute Rockstar when she was finished. No, my review is against the cheap crappy product they use in their salon! I have been dying my hair over 25 years with every brand possible, and my hair holds color like you wouldn't believe! Yet, I pay $500 (waaaaay more after tip cuz stylist was a pure goddess) to get a beautiful rainbow job on bleach blonde hair, I take care of it meticulously in the shower with all the ways I know to keep a color, and yet under 2 weeks it's gone! All of the color has leaked out, and all I'm left with is a head full of blonde hair. This is crap! I have never been so disappointed in a salon than with this one that pretends to be a salon!!!. Their color is pathetic and obviously cheap. I was very upset and, of course, no refunds. Don't waste your money or at least bring your own product that would be much better quality than obviously what they use. UNDER TWO WEEKS!?!
