I'd already spent a fair deal of money (105 NIS a month) and then get stung - 475 Shekel for cancelling!!!! You should not be penalized for cancelling a subscription. We bought a medium package and was happy with the results. A lot of the suggestions was garbage, but some where very professional and showcased the logo in real use. The selection process is also very good and you do not need to pay if you only get crappy suggestions. An advice is to keep specs simple and clean and you will get good results.

Great way of easily getting creative design input for logos and business cards without using lots of time (or money).The whole process is straightforward and efficient.The open design competition yields lots of creative ideas, some good and others not so good (but that's the point of an open 1st round); once the shortlist has been selected, the better designs can be refined.

Gave one star because it did not let me rate as 0 stars. I have been calling this company for over a year. Each call I am on hold for a half hour. When someone finally picked up the phone I am told I will receive a call back within 24 hours which never happens. This has been going on for a year. I want to close my account. Contacting an attorney today to be able to close my account. How is this company still in business?

Do not use to purchase theatre vouchers @ theatre gift cards took my money £120 plus p&p and sent out cards that were not loaded . No response to me link doesn’t work for support. I let the theatre voucher company know who also tried for three days no response . I am currently waiting for my credit card company to sort out.

The Sherri show should be canceled. When the episode aired the week of 2/19/24. The show was promoting Camille Rose product. Sherri acted like she did not see the little black girl hurting when 2 people was on her head. The little girl even stated they were hurting her. No one seem to care, including Sherri by letting Camille continue to twist after her father took not to stop. Sherri should be ashamed of her ugly ass for doing that to children. Sherri is a child abuser who let's children get abused by others people while she watch and do nothing.

This is the WORST POS system I have used!!! TERRIBLE customer service. Be prepared to spend HOURS waiting for the correct person to help you. Be prepared to be transfered to multiple people who will then transfer you to more multiple people. Confusing. Not user friendly service! Would NEVER EVER use Clover again!!!

I’ve been a loyal Amazon customer, but this has been one of the worst and most humiliating experiences I’ve ever had with any company.I’m trying to resolve a refund of two items ($12.99 each) that Amazon processed to a debit card linked to a bank account that I closed months ago. I informed Amazon of this repeatedly. I clearly explained that the bank would reject the payment and return the funds to Amazon — all they had to do was track the rejection and reissue the refund to an active method.Instead, four agents (Justin, Julián, Natalia, and Ruth) hung up on me after refusing to escalate the issue. One of them — Justin — even processed the refund again to the same closed card after I explained the issue in detail. Minutes later, I received an email confirming that they had ignored everything I said.I was interrupted, blamed for closing my account, told it was “not Amazon’s problem,” and treated like I was wasting their time. I have now spent over 3 hours on calls with zero resolution, and the emotional distress this has caused is real.In contrast, I want to thank three agents (Juan, Zahid, and Angélica) who were respectful and tried to help — but unfortunately had no authority to act.I’ve contacted @AmazonHelp on Twitter, emailed Jeff Bezos’ office, and now I’m taking this public because no one has taken accountability. This is beyond a technical error — it’s a human failure and a customer service disaster.Amazon must resolve this properly and restore my trust. I expect a direct contact from someone who can take responsibility.Thanks Natalia
