Disgraceful company. Took £26 out of my account called up to find out why apparently I signed up to this. Was told the only way I could get a partial refund was to start a three month trial for £1 a month so because I rightly so wanted my money back I agreed to this as the operator told me I could call up and cancel again but I thought at least I get £23 back rather than lose the whole £26! Anyway checked my account and emails only to see another £20 has been taken out of my account! Horrified to say the least I am a single mother and the times have taken £46 out of my account within a 24 hour period. On hold for what feels like a lifetime can’t believe the times newspaper can get away with this and still have loyal readers. I will be plastering this scamming company all over the internet!!

Have been a customer since 2011 and all the tickets I ever opened were rapidly and efficiently solved. Always ended in contact with a nice, polite and understanding human being. Honestly got no complaints to formulate towards GoG's support team. Can't complain much about the company either, I've been mostly using GoG over the competition and the flexible refund policy made enjoy purchasing games without the fear of being scammed after a set amount of time like it can be elsewhere.

Envato removes 1 star reviews when a seller asks them to, even if the 1 star review is genuine. Bought a chat script, seller promised to add WebRTC and 6 ad spots, TWO YEARS AGO. This has never been done. Was told lies by the seller so they could make a sale. Envato delete my reviews because it's bad for their business. If you buy from Envato (Codecanyon), just understand, they put their business before the customer.

It is incredibly complicated to search for weather in different countries. My home is 100km away from 3 EU countries, and I can't find places outside my country unless I go to a different national version of the app each time. Any other app allows you to search for weather all over the world!

The most appalling customer service department I have ever encountered, and I have encountered numerous diabolical ones. They don't read your messages, ask the same question over and over again. After about 50 messages, I still have not got a response to my question. They keep sending returns labels - item already returned- as advised several times! They then ask me to send a photo (of the already returned) item!! Will not provide a UK address or email address!! Will never buy from them again. Oh, and the issue was, I objected to being charged (deducted off refund) for returning a faulty item!!

Just DONT. They continues to take money from your account then when I emailed to cancel, they asked me complex questions and still refused to cancel. Had to search online how to cancel. It’s an app isn’t great on searching and it doesn’t play episode in chronological order so if you are just listening it plays the next random episode. Not every episode is easily found. Ordered an item (Lenovo 10e Chromebook Tablet Keyboard Folio Case - US English) on Feb 1, 2022. Wait until Feb 25, 2022. The item never shipped! Had to chat with support to get order canceled. And I'm not even sure how long will it take to get the refund. There was automated weekly communication from the system, asking me to wait more. However, the item in question is still listed as in stock on their website, and Lenovo still runs ads on the item.. which is really perplexing.Support did offer to find out how long will it take to ship item that is readily available. However, they don't offer expedited shipping when asked. At that point, was no longer interested and asked to get refunded.
