Disgraceful company. Took £26 out of my account called up to find out why apparently I signed up to this. Was told the only way I could get a partial refund was to start a three month trial for £1 a month so because I rightly so wanted my money back I agreed to this as the operator told me I could call up and cancel again but I thought at least I get £23 back rather than lose the whole £26! Anyway checked my account and emails only to see another £20 has been taken out of my account! Horrified to say the least I am a single mother and the times have taken £46 out of my account within a 24 hour period. On hold for what feels like a lifetime can’t believe the times newspaper can get away with this and still have loyal readers. I will be plastering this scamming company all over the internet!!
