The most appalling customer service…

The most appalling customer service department I have ever encountered, and I have encountered numerous diabolical ones. They don't read your messages, ask the same question over and over again. After about 50 messages, I still have not got a response to my question. They keep sending returns labels - item already returned- as advised several times! They then ask me to send a photo (of the already returned) item!! Will not provide a UK address or email address!! Will never buy from them again. Oh, and the issue was, I objected to being charged (deducted off refund) for returning a faulty item!!
