I listened to the promo for Calms read me to sleep option. The background music is WAY TOO loud. I don’t see the need for background music at all, but if you insist on adding it, it shouldn’t drown out the speaker! I’d consider joining if there was an option to simply READ to me.

If there is 0 for star , I will give it to them. This is very bad experience as I made request cancel order before it was sent to store because it is not arrived on time. Customer support team said my request is successful cancellation. I will receive email in 2-3 days. I never received email about cancellation and then items was sent to store. I contacted customer. Customer support said I will make request that you this and will follow up refund money. I will send email to you. Again never received any email. I contacted again today , end up as I have to wait 7 days, no one collected item, items will send to wearhouse and will make refund process, it take 14 days to receive money. What is it??? It is not customer fault and they cannot do anything. So don’t order online. It will be this problem and they will charge for return items.

Not only does my subscription run out abnormally fast with no opportunities to extend it meaning most books are unavailable for a whole month, but if I have weeks left of a subscription and choose not to continue they put it in hold and won’t let me listen to the books I have for the time left. I’ve wasted months of time like this and so much money. Absolute frauds.

It used to be quite good, but since today my lingots got "upgraded" to gems. I had about 5576 lingots and got now 11000+ gems. Here's the catch: where before you could do a level up exercise for 10 lingots you now pay 100 gems!!!!! My lingots did not increase by 10x??!!!In addition, the normal test for which you got 10 points have been removed. Meaning if you don't pay duolingo, there's nothing left to do as the gems will run out very quikcly. It sadly starts to look that they really want to sort of force you to pay the monthly fee.I'm out Duolingo - it has been fun, but not like this.There are more (and better) apps.

My mouse started double-clicking. It's still on warranty, so I want a new one. They ask me to follow a cumbersome process, filming videos with proof, etc. I did all of that; they keep ghosting me for weeks. Every time I reach out again, they say they will reply to me in two days. It's been more than a month now and still no reply from them. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy any of their products.

I give 1 star because it is not possible to give less.This is my experience.I had a subscription for two years, the site said that it will be renewed for a certain price, when it renewed it did it so only for one year even if the title said "Naviga+ biennale".When I called to cancel my subscription they said that the cancellation was going to take place only at the end of the current newly renewed subscription.

Ulta has terrible customer service. I still haven't received a package, no updates for tracking. LaserShip is the worst shipper, I've had a package disappear, never delivered (order from Nordstrom Rack). And customer telling me they can't give me a refund for a package I never received. Does that make any sense. I'll have to go above them, to get a refund. It's really unbelievable. Companies using LaserShip are trying to save money, but they will instead lose customers. So, what's more important, customers and good service and keeping them or losing customers because of bad service/shipping experiences? And customer service, says they'll help and don't even bother. Just send emails that make no sense. I will not be ordering from Ulta ever again. Will I shop there, well, I'm usually a Sephora girl, so I think I'll stick with Sephora and not deal with Ulta.

Returning anything to Anthropologie has been a nightmare. I bought some wedding items on two separate occasions, totaling close to $2,000, which I had to return due to poor fit.Both times, I had to follow up multiple times after waiting a month without seeing my refund.This second time, my return still hasn't been processed after a month of waiting, even though I sent the item back on September 13th. I had to call today to prompt them to initiate the return, which will take another two weeks to process. This is after my wedding, and I could have easily forgotten to follow up, in which case they would have essentially robbed me of $600.Their products are not worth this poor treatment of customers.
