Zero stars. Booked hotel with Southwest, they say it went to third party booking.com. I got no confirmation number or email to confirm. I call Southwest but they say they have no record. So I contact booking.com and they send me a telephone number that keeps hanging up on me (AI only). They took the money from my account but I have no hotel or confirmation on it and no way to contact them. DO NOT USE THEM.

Bought a projector and the remote stopped working which is needed to turn up and down the volume otherwise its useless. Contacted Phillips in semptember. Still waiting for a reply. Everytime I contact them on twitter I get the same response. *we will send another reminder to our team to contact you" for name like Phillips they are terrible

I recently brought a phone off these and I am reasonably pleased with it, however I also brought the bundle including the case and stand with it. Firstly the case did not arrive, so I contacted them. I was asked to send photos of my parcel, and did so, I'm sure they didn't believe me, as I had to send more photos, and informed them that I wanted a refund if the situation wasn't resolved in a suitable time.Eventually I received my case, which actually is not a case at all as it just covers the back of the phone. So I have had to buy a screen protector. If it states it's a case it should cover the whole of the phone so I would not buy from these again.

Venmo literally robbed me of $375 that I needed to feed my family. It disappeared off the face of the earth. No trace at all. No help except telling me I should ask my bank.Hello? There is not even a transfer to my bank! Only thing showing is the money coming in and then just disappearing. Awful!!!

I have visited Heston PCO Vehicle Inspection centre. Corruption centre, they work as a team to make you pay money in a way or another. Last year, I’ve forgotten to print out the car insurance paper, one of the guys told me to meet him outside and told me in strange way to print the paper or I fall your car, so he send me to a guy he called on the phone to help me print the paper next door building and charged me £25. I had no choice so I have printed it. Today I had my same car inspection and taking into consideration what happened last year. So, I took all my papers and extra papers, so I don’t leave any room to any excuse to fall my car. They came to me with “ your car failed the test, have you wrapped your car” as my car is mat grey! I told them this is my car and came last year and has passed. They said “your car has some damages then!” They took 20 minutes more and came with failed. I told them why did make me wait more time if it has failed. They said this is because the test takes 20 minutes.I am not interested with this job anymore as TFL staff are blackmailing us.I will escalate this further and I ask all drivers please put your experience in review here and don’t be scared about losing your license as this will hurt you and disappointing you every time as it does for me.

Are you kidding? It's altogether the best! I am old and I know nothing, yet the support team members are patient and help me reword my questions until I am saying what I mean. And then they answer cheerfully and quickly and sympathetically. The themes are pretty and work well. The sense of humor is great. Love the snow! :D I spoke at a WordCamp in Fayetteville, AR, last year, on why I love WordPress.com and will never change. They have made it amazing, safe, easy, low cost for premium, and fun. I never have to do a thing except just write. Ahhh!

I just got off the phone with their customer service here in Zürich, Switzerland asking questions politely in order for me to understand more about my cancellation situation. To my surprise the guy seemed like he has no time, no care and no understanding and definitely no patience and made me even feel unimportant at all. He seemed tired and maybe the customer before irritated him off or he was not having a good day, I don't know but I definitely know that I started in a good mood and just wanted to understand my situation. Customer service is there to help the clients understand better and to guide clients inside their process not to belittle us. For me, this is not professional and got me in a really bad mood. If your customer service representative is in a bad mood, please don't let him answer the phone. The mood will just end up in a domino effect.
