Ma commande a été débité de mon compte mais les articles sont dans la nature... on me trimballe d'une plateforme à une autre sans résultat...C'est une honte ....

I purchased a NEW Lenovo. What I got was one in new condition, but someone else's browser history and usernames/passwords were still saved on the device. I am not sure how this happened as I am not well-versed on computers. I purchased "Premier Customer Support" but was locked out of my account so I could not access the Pin number needed for it. The customer service rep, Erika, died laughing on the phone, spoke to me like I was stupid, and when it thanked her for being disrespectful, she laughed again and hung up. If this is their "un-premier" customer service, I guess what I paid for was someone to be polite and helpful. Between the customer service and the "old" information on what was suppose to be a brand new computer... I will not be purchasing Lenovo again.

The only positive thing is the Generator, and sadly everything else has been left to dust. I've used Premium for years, and I can't defend using the free- or Premium any longer. Things like 'Copy password' only works 50 % of the time, if at all. The autocomplete is not responsive, it asks to auto-fill when you don't want it, and when you do, it's not there. It will even try to auto-fill things like address into card information fields and whatnot.

Instead, it turned into a nightmare: • My partner and I, who booked together, were seated separately. • No prior notice or transparency about their “first-come, first-served” seating policy. • My partner was unwell, making the journey extremely uncomfortable.When I raised this issue, their response was dismissive. They refused a refund, hiding behind an unreasonable 24-hour cancellation policy that wasn’t applicable to the situation.This company lacks basic transparency, customer care, and respect for consumer rights. Avoid GetYourGuide at all costs if you value your travel experience!

Meg is brilliant who works for Mac at John Lewis. Nottingham. She had time for us. So helpful and helped my daughter choose the correct make up. Also applied thhe make up and matched the correct shades. Excellent customer service. Nothing was an issue for her. If it wasn’t for her expertise knowledge and exceptional customer service we would not have purchased anything. Thank you Meg!!
