Bitten by Bitdefenders Auto renewal.

Bitten by Bitdefenders Auto renewal.Bitdefender have taken out of my account the renewal fee of £74,the very next day I received an email from them offering the same package £45.Trying to cancel the auto renewal on line is a problem in its own right, and I had to give up in the end.I ended cancelling from my PayPal account.The moral of this is do not have auto renewal as you will always loose out.

Appallingly inaccurate. On countless occasions this 2021 summer, it has been raining outside and the AccuWeather site says no rain forecast. I don't know whether it's the same across the country but in my part of Cambridgeshire it's completely unreliable.

Overwhelmingly 1* Reviews Says It All

Well I think that the fact that the reviews here are overwhelming 1-star rated says it all.Possibly THE WORST level of customer service i've ever experienced. and it's not a one-off, this is the norm for them. there just ISNT any customer service. it's just an exercise in giving the customer the runaround by one department after another shirking you off to another, and that's if you can even find someone to get into a dialogue with. how are they still in business?! are they that arrogant? i will NEVER buy an hp product again, i swear.

I don’t know what they’re selling. It surely can’t be internet because I don’t have any.

I have a "gigabit" connnection, that is playing 56k Modem simulator on a daily basis. I’m writing this while tethering to my iPhone’s LTE via USB because not even trustpilot will work on Vodafone’s "internet".In February 2021, the customer support told me my issue is "known since December" and "will be fixed until end of March... 2022" after repeatedly gaslighting me about it.The best thing is that I’m living in a newly built street — thus with entirely new and up-to-date infrastructure — and yet they still can’t manage to give me even DSL 6000 (kbit ofc). Yet, they sell me a Gigabit connection with these impressive stats at least for 2 hours per day:22s ping67 kbit/s download0 kbit/s uploadIn addition to that, the Vodafone support hotline pinky promised me to give me an automatic 40% rebate on my bills. Since they’re too dumb to differentiate a 0 from a 1 they apparently also think that 8€ of 50€ is 40% reduction. The customer support told me there is "nothing they can do" to fix the invoice and that I should call again in a month to BEG for the reduction.They don’t even consider or care that my time might be valuable and that I have a life outside of calling vodafone support.At this point, I’d literally switch to DSL 16k from anyone else rather than have vodafone’s "gigabit" "best network in Germany" scam product. Unfortunately, there’s no other ISP in my area due to vodafone buying exclusive rights for 2 years.I’m living in the middle of Berlin and my internet in 2021 is so bad that I’m seriously considering using Starlink or buying unlimited LTE instead.Like seriously, I tried to play ONLINE CHESS and it doesn’t even work because that’s already too much load for Vodafone.

Horrible experience with driver and Uber

Driver didn’t speak English so took my food to the complete wrong street. Left it there. I called him. I then heard him knock on a door and ask for the food back!!! So my food was INSIDE someone else’s home! Then he had the nerve to bring it to me. He only found me because I was standing out by the street. My address is obvious. Uber customer service would not do anything because “you received your order.” Did not even care that my food sat on someone else’s porch and then went into their house with them! Horrible service. Do not recommend Uber Eats.

Have been subscribed to a Creator since August. Suddenly, just before Christmas, I lost access to a large amount of her content. I have been emailing with support for 2 weeks now. They have not fixed problem... just keep asking stupider and stupider questions! Funny how they don't have any technical issues when it comes to taking my money😡
