Customer service unhelpful when trying to get next thermostat to work with new phone. rep kept telling me to do the same thing over and over and over again and it didn't work over and over and over again. Spent an hour doing all this and then he hung up and i called back and asked for a supervisor. Prior person said supervisor would tell me the same procedures. Said supervisor not available - asked for corporate office info to file complaint with court and he said don't have that info - only thing they can do is pass on info and someone will get back to me

I booked a trip from May 23-May 30,2025 to Palafitos Riveria Maya for our 40th anniversary.I was given a booking ID & a hotel confirmation on Palafitos Letterhead.Because I was leery of Agoda I called Lomas Hospitality directly the 1st week of May & was told by Mr. Lopez that everything was in order & I even booked a back massage through him.My wife & I arrived at Cancun Airport & went up to the Lomas team & we were told there was no record of our reservation.I had printed out the booking ID & hotel confirmation for our dates on the Palafitos letterhead & showed it to the representative.I then called Mr Lopez with Lomas Hospitality & was informed that on May 13,2025 AGODA had cancelled my reservation & kept my money.I feel so bad for my wife as she was devastated.

X is a conjob. I paid $84.00 to be "verified" 8 weeks ago. Ive have been locked out because my account required verification 3 times since I signed up. I verified and was allowed back on. Today I was permanently suspended for "spam and platform manipulation". I dont sell anything, only have 102 followers and only reply, retweet and comment. I post photos of sunsets, my dogs and food. Only 4 weeks after I verified so I could edit posts and get more "reach" Musk raised the price and removed the"edit" feature. Its an absolute SCAM. There is no "free speech" on X. Its a platform for celebrities, political influencers and politicians, its not for unknown, real people that want to participate, communicate and meet other users. Elon Must is a con artist, he took my $84.00 and banned me for no reason.

Having work done our house was not fun with two children and a dog. My husband came up with this wonderful idea to stay at a local hotel till our kitchen floor was refinished and dry. Tarrytown House Estate was just the answer for a great solution. Our kids swam in the pool, went on a nature walk with a hotel guide and played chess on the lawn. We stayed by the pool, relaxing and reading and ordering lunch for us all. Five days went by in a blink of an eye, we were so sorry to leave as all the employees here were so gracious and welcoming. The front desk suggestions for local restaurants ware perfect, check out the taverna in Irvington and a pizza place in Dobbs Ferry. Cool, clean in a lovely environment was a wonderful answer to our problem. Thank you for our stay.

HP should be in court for what they do with their customers! You buy a completely new cartridge. After you install it, your printer will automatically print a page to waste your money! You cannot avoid this with the excuse the printer needs to be readjusted. You cannot cancel it. I tried 3 times, but every time I reinitiated the printer, the page was printing again. Then the level of the cartridges shows 20% consumed! Liars! I have not print anything and this is already on 80%!Also, when you reach a 20% level, the printer does not let you print anything! It will prompt a message you need to buy new Cartridges from HP. Really? This is stealing your money! How on earth HP is allowed to sell on the market stealing like this!HP is so arrogant that does not even answer or comment anything here! From HP not even a single new product!

Supriya Chowdhury from Global Customer Research & Solutions, did not uphold a complaint in relation to when AMEX changed to paperless bank statements, without the consent of the customer. AMEX used to be a company where they alway put the customer first, but as per Supriya Chowdhury response, it is clear that this is no longer the case. AMEX a big disappointment.

I've been buying Adafruit stuff for years. Usually trough other stores than directly from adafruit.The products are all very well documented and kept reasonably up to date. They're a fun company, an okay community and they make fun video's on youtube about their products.The one time I've ordered at adafruit though, they listed each item as a separate item which made the import tax skyrocket. That was completely unnecessary. Even the free product ended up costing me more lol. Glad they didn't include a sticker, because that would have been charged for as well.I tried making clear to Adafruit that the high import costs were really unnecessary if they'd only list their products differently. But it's a bit of a bother. I just took the hit to my wallet and decided to be happy with the awesome and reliable products. Which in the end is more important to me than aftersales.
