Crappy Website

Crappy Website. Can't make purchases from my wallet in spite of sufficient available funds. If this wasn't enough I also cannot add money to the wallet nor I can do partial payment with the wallet and on top of that I Customer support is slow and dismal.

Opened a second outlook email account to send emails to my customers for my small business, I then get an email saying the account has been blocked for breaching their terms of use, ok, fine, I'll delete the account and use gmail, as never had a problem with these, yeah right, after 2 hours trying unsuccessfully to close this account I;ve still not managed to do it! I just want this stupid email account closed so I can just use my less restrictive gmail account instead!

Review of barnesandnoble

Don’t order from Barnes&Noble!…

This is the second time my online order was incorrect. No satisfaction either time. This time I ordered a signed copy of The Lincoln Highway through a special promotion on their site months ago. It was to be released October 10. I could no longer access my order online (because I ordered so early and they have a time limit for order retrievals), so I called to verify my order was still there and that it was a signed copy. The person on the phone verified that both were true. Today I received an unsigned copy. I called, not only did I get no satisfaction, I can’t even reorder a signed copy; they are out of stock. I also got attitude. I would give zero stars if I could. Use Amazon.

Avoid the forums

Website has some good pages, but be sure to avoid the "community" forums. Bad software, zero privacy, and nothing but a catty clique of 'mean girl' Bridezillas and their yes-women anyway. And good luck deleting a wedding website - they purposely make it nearly impossible.

Completely Broken

Half the time it doesn't show my emails, doesn't sweep delete my spam mail, the spam mail filter is just awful, fails to send messages. Constantly get the error 'your request can't be completed at the moment'. Need I say more? I'd like to add, it also is not sending emails now.

€50 credit disappeared on my account

I redeemed a €50 Microsoft gift card on my account. After a few days I wanted to buy something with it and I saw that the credit had suddenly disappeared and was no longer on my account. Contacted Microsoft Support several times, but unfortunately without success. Case Number: 7041343890

I can't even describe how disrespected I feel! Years and years of a data base of great clients build on my skype, mostly older people that will not addapt to any other apps, trusted my business to this and now they give us 2 months!? Hours of my work and money are being lost already trying to fix something that this company created! I swear, I don't want to work with anything related to microsoft ever again!!

Be aware that Google Fi support is useless

Be aware that Google Fi support is useless if you have a billing problem with your Google payment profiles. For me and many others, the payment profiles goes into verification mode for unknown reasons. When that happens, If don't get that fix in time before the next billing cycle, Google Fi will stop working by placing your account on hold. As they only accept payment via Google Payment profiles and when your profile is in verfication mode, your payment methods in your profile would not work and you are not allowed to make any payments (not even manually providing credit cards, send a check or ACH). I didn't figure that out till it was too late to get my Google payment profile fix in time and lost Cell service for 5 lines without warning. I lost service in a late afternoon on a rainy day not able to contact one of my kids waiting to be picked up. It was a heart pounding 2 hours to get in touch with my kid using public WIFI. Google Fi doesn't allow out going calls only incoming when your account is on hold and no data. Google Pay support is another horrible experience. The verification process is basically asking you to submit pictures of your DL and there is no one to talk to, no direct phone number to contact except someone to call you back. The people who calls you back are not the ones directly processing your verification process so they can only help you contact the verification team. They can't get them on the phone at the same time with you to escalate and all they can tell you is "We will email you status in 24-48 hours" Btw, When you submit your DL, the default message after you submit your DL is "We will get back to you in a few days" Those few days turns into weeks. For me it turn into a month and 20 plus calls to get profile issue resolved. If you value your cell phone connections to be working and with a company that can help you 24/7, "DON'T" use Google FI, I switched the next day after Google FI stopped my service to another carrier with my 5 lines so we have service. They jailed my primary line phone number and didn't release my phone number to port it out till a month later. Nothing but a disaster with Google Fi and will never go back to them.

They are very slow workers and seem very unhappy. The online orders are run terribly slow. I waited 30 minutes over the time they told me for one bowl. That is absurd. I would have been a much happier customer if they would have told me the real time. Worst service.

Review of wellsfargo

Wells Fargo Unfair & Deceptive Manipulation of HELOC Interest Charges

If you have a home equity line (HELOC) with Wells Fargo, at some point you will enter repayment; your LOC is no longer available for draw and you are obligated to meet a fixed min monthly payment (MMP) incorporating principal and interest at an agreed rate and term. Also, when a customer enters repayment, this presents an opportunity for WF to cynically rip off those customers for additional interest, an opportunity lustfully seized. It gets complicated, but I'll try to summarize.During the draw period, WF posts the monthly accrued interest which must be paid within ~23 days of billing. In repayment, WF does not post accumulated interest upon billing, choosing to post only the agreed MMP. Further WF unilaterally stipulates that a customer may not pay any of that MMP in advance of a bill being posted, although this stipulation is not disclosed in the HELOC Agreement. What’s the impact? Let’s say a customer’s MMP is $1500 and that for the following billing period this would break down into roughly $1000 principal and $500 interest. Further, the customer has $1000 in cash to apply to principal today. However, because the bill has not posted, the customer cannot allocate that $1000 to the upcoming billing cycle, i.e., if (s)he makes a payment of $1000 today, (s)he will still be required to make a full $1500 payment after a bill is posted. The result, of course, is interest accrues to the bank while the customer sits on the $1000 waiting for a bill to post. So, if I posit a scenario where payday is the last day of a month and the $1000 is budgeted on payday and billing is not until the 27th of the month, the customer winds up being systematically bilked for 28 days of interest against that $1000. I’ve run this scenario against my repayment obligation and have calculated that I stand to lose nearly $1000 to this systematic ripoff. Here are some other key facts concerning this ripoff:1. There is no systemic reason why principal must be bundled with interest in this billing scheme. The only real-world constraint is the calculation of monthly accumulated interest, but by bundling the bank constrains a customer’s debt repayment flexibility, much to the bank’s advantage.2. This billing “feature” is not disclosed in the HELOC agreement.3. Responding to complaints that the system is unfair and deceptive, and that the change in billing practices for customers in repayment is not disclosed, WF has chosen to obfuscate, evade and respond that their practice is “not unlawful.”If “not unlawful” is the standard to which the “rebranded” Wells Fargo aspires, it’s no wonder they are the most despised bank in the US.

Blogger is a free and simple site to use. However, it doesn't do well with large amounts of content. Lines run through the writing which looks terrible. It takes hours to post things because I constantly have to get rid of the junk that pollutes the content. And there is no personal service, no one to contact when there's problems. What a shame! It could be so much nicer if Google updated the software and fixed the problems.
