Review of klarna
Credit Karma has always been good to me. I love the small easy payment plans that you can control. The Klarna app is very easy to use, for returns, refunds and etc. Even though my credit is $3k with after pay I prefer Klarna despite a lower credit limit because the app is just as good as speaking to a customer service rep. That’s what won me over.
Review of dell
I ordered a Dell XPS 15 and got it with issues with the track pad not working. After calling and not getting much help I sent it back to get the XPS 17 because it was built different. when I got it I found it had sound issues with the left side and it would stop working. after calling them and not getting help 4 times I decided to sent this one back and get a Razer 15. Dell has disappointed me so bad i will never buy anther one from them again. fyi Razer 15 way better no issues

I give them 2 stars. Their products are very good actually , well at least the XPS computer I got is. Their customer service is terrible! The whole ordering process is TERRIBLE! You don't get a confirmation email when ordering ( honestly lol) and you have to search all over just to find your status of order. Also their shipping times are an absolute joke - expect to add 5-7 biz days ON TOP of whatever they promise. They overall don't care about their customers at all it seems - and just want our money then their job is done.

I ordered somethink of amazon on Tuesday, it said will be delivered the next day,, today is thurday and its 705pm and stil' no delivery, why do they take your money for prime when you do not get the item next day, I migjt of well of done standard delivery and not set up a prime account, I will be cancelling my prime has this is disgusting. I ain't happy at all with AMAZON,
