I give them 2 stars. Their products are very good actually , well at least the XPS computer I got is. Their customer service is terrible! The whole ordering process is TERRIBLE! You don't get a confirmation email when ordering ( honestly lol) and you have to search all over just to find your status of order. Also their shipping times are an absolute joke - expect to add 5-7 biz days ON TOP of whatever they promise. They overall don't care about their customers at all it seems - and just want our money then their job is done.
