Amazon used to be brilliant but the last few months the service has been awful. Yet another item due today is delayed for another 3 days. The 2nd item to be delayed in 3 days. Over the last few months items have been delayed/damaged and allegedly undeliverable. Very unreliable and don't seem bothered
