I didn't have access to all I paid for in Adobe Pro. After spending hours trying to see what I was not doing incorrectly (it MUST have been me, because surely it wouldn't be Adobe, right?) I opened a chat and told the agent I wasn't able to use all the features for which I was Paying. He asked if I downloaded Adobe Pro. (I have the adobe app on my desktop, so why do I need to download again?) I downloaded the app as instructed and it was so large my computer didn't have memory resources to handle the install. I told the agent I just wanted to cancel because the program is unusable to me. He said if I did, I would have a $99 cancellation fee! Evidently this is buried somewhere in the agreement. I read reviews about adobe to see if there were issues and YES! LOTS OF COMPLAINTS just like mine. The FTC and DOJ have a pending lawsuit because of these issues.

It can help in many ways and has solutions for many classes. For me who uses it for studying it helped but since i started posting my own questions my feeling about the app got worse. They say so called experts answer the questions which i kind of doubt at least for the subjects of economics and accounting. I had answers for tasks but wanted to have more calculations and explainations so i posted the question. It had like a 25% chance of getting the question right. Not that the answer was incorrect but the "experts" failed to answer the question. What i mean by that is that what they wrote was kind of right but it was of topic and did not answer the question, in an exam these answers would bring maybe 10% of the points. I have the feeling that the answers where given by an ai which is weird concidering that they should be experts. To test it i asked chat gpt.. sadly the ai got it right. Chegg experts should use chat gpt more...

The Best Buy Card benefits mean nothing when you can't actually use the card. I tried to use it at Best Buy in Amarillo, Texas, and it was declined for "fraud." Before I even had a chance to see and reply to the alert from Best Buy, the store worker said I would have to use a different card, which I did. I will avoid using the Best Buy card at Best Buy and everywhere else from now on.

If I could give zero stars I would. There is no way to cancel a ride even when the app is taking more than 20 minutes to find a driver. Additionally Lyft offers absolutely no support for this issue either thru the app, phone or email!
