In the past year I've experienced multiple instances of search not working with PlayStation Store, and showing results only for certain categories. The real problem is the lack of support when dealing with PlayStation. Among several shortcomings is the policy of locking you out of chat assistance if you attempt to use it even TWICE in 24 hours, even if your first attempt ended due to their technical issue.
