I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the incredibly poor customer service I experienced with Emirates Airline. My journey with your airline has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I am compelled to share my experience.In April, my flight was suddenly canceled, and despite my efforts to get in touch, there was no refund issued, nor did I receive any form of apology. I was left to cover all the associated costs myself, which is completely unacceptable.As if this wasn’t enough, my return flight was equally disappointing. My luggage was damaged during the flight, and even though I reported it, I never received any response or apology. It’s astonishing that an airline of your reputation would treat its customers with such disregard.The in-flight service was abysmal. Despite having pre-ordered vegetarian meals( my partner and me)for both outbound and return flights, there were not enough available, and all I was offered were some crackers. The cabin crew’s attitude was also highly unprofessional and unfriendly, a stark contrast to the level of service I remember from ten years ago. The decline in service quality is shocking, and it’s clear that Emirates is no longer the premium airline it once was.In summary, I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The level of customer service has plummeted, and I can no longer recommend Emirates to anyone. It’s truly a shame to see how far this airline has fallen. I am absolutely disheartened and will be considering alternative airlines for future travel!

Terrible user experience with the “free Trial” which didn’t have the functions I needed. When cancelled they charged over $200 as an early cancellation fee… and cut you off immediately. Absolutely shocking and I’m not sure how they get away with charging this for services not even providing.

I bought a phone battery from Flipkart. The battery was faulty and didn't work, so I wanted to return it. I placed a return request. No one came to collect the battery and my refund was not processed. I have been trying to call them but the new customer care model doesn't allow me to talk to the executive straight away, instead they ask if they can call you back but I never got any call back from them.Now I am not sure what to do. Should I be filing a complaint in consumer court as I can not even get in touch with them.

The employees at the Target on Sawmill Rd. In Dublin, OH was at its worst with customer service yesterday. I went to pick up an order I had placed online for a gift and the person behind the Returns guest couldn’t find the order and decided to tell everyone standing in line that I hadn’t really placed an order. I had the order on my phone and then asked to speak to the store manager who was polite and had someone get the item for me. Before I could leave I needed to pick up a card and wrapping paper. As I started back to the cashier to pay for those, I saw their security guard, who looked about 16 years old, following me as if I was a thief. When I asked him about it he at first denied it but then started yelling at me that he was just doing his job. Why does he need to follow me around the store in order to do his job? After paying I passed by him again and he started yelling at me to “get out’” getting louder and louder, drawing attention. I was humiliated and somewhat afraid of physical harm, so I left rather than calling the police as I should have. I attempted to call after I got home to let the manager know, but no one ever answered the phone. I did absolutely nothing to deserve this type of treatment. This was harassment at its worst and I will never go back there again.

Impossible to get support. I wanted to cancel subscription but could not log in to the account. Tried to follow the steps given in their website but that didn't work. There is no way you could find the email address or someone to talk directly. Could not recommend and would say avoid this company. After looking at their forums, I can see many people have issues and some get the answers only in the forums. That looks like this company is still ages back.

This company either stole my funds or allowed them to be stolen. On 06/17/25 I attempted to make a transfer but it was denied. When I logged back in, it was gone, going to some other address that I did not authorize. Now I am out my bitcoin and can't get it back because I am told all crypto transaction are final. These companies are scams, set up to take money from unsuspecting newcomers. They should be shut down.

After filling out the applications, submitted so many inquiries on pets and sent so many emails, I still receive no response. I have found matches on the website, send inquiries to try to adopt the dog(s) and never hear back from ANYONE! Petfinder is nothing but Scam. It's just a waste of time thinking anyone will reply to your inquiries. It is extremely frustrating. It's probably best to just go to a local shelter.

There are a few downsides. Setting up a just giving page is quite difficult to those who are not familiar with IT skills. The setting up process is far too tedious and could be easier. Also there is no phone number for clarification.Most importantly a charity should be given a breakdown of all the donations on a regular basis. Perhaps once a month and a statement after the fund raising period ends.

I'm having a nightmare trying to change the name on my business FB page. It won't let me change it at all and my business name changed on the 1st sept 2024 so I am advertising now with the incorrect name. Very confusing for potential clients. I've tried all sorts of variations to try to change and still won't do it. I've reported it numerous times thought he help centre but still nothing. I'll amend this review pending Facebook contacting me regarding this. There is no way of contacting them. Very frustrating
