Customer services is without doubt the worst service I have ever encountered with repeat requests for information from what I assume are 'bots'. Because they never read the information in any response it just repeats nonsense.

Prepaid Plan

Absolutely terrible company that makes it so difficult to do anything online. For such a large company it is unbelievable to see how behind they are technologically. I am exceptionally good with technology and I am most likely still going to have to deal with customer service for a simple prepaid plan setup with esim.

Took my $$ for an ad

I joined the platform and tried to join the "Influencer Network". After adding $55 to run an ad and submitting the ad for review, the feature was taken away. I sent posts to the support team and developers on the platform, on Twitter, through the support form on the site, and on Google Play asking whether it would be fixed or I could get a refund. Never got a reply from anyone. So, I just filed a BBB complaint.

I love Lego and hate to give 2 stars

I love Lego and hate to give 2 stars as the product is brilliant. I ordered direct from Lego end of November 2020 and received my order in good time. I chose to send it back and to get the returns label took 2 weeks and then took 7 days for "Sarah" at Lego in Belgium to accept my order back from DPD. So since the 9th of December I have given Lego time to refund my £179.99 and as yet when I receive an email reply after a week of me sending it i just get fobbed off to wait longer. So now its nearly 6 weeks since they received my return and no sign of my refund and its not a small amount of money.

Will never use El Corte again

I agree with the poor reviews. We ordered an oven from El Corte because we thought they would be reliable. First they delivered the wrong oven and it took three weeks to receive the one we ordered. We had to email and send online chat messages (waiting for hours) every day otherwise we would never have received the oven we ordered. But it arrived with no accessories - no glass top, no handle, no grill etc. Six weeks on and we are still sending two emails a week but have lost hope that we will ever receive the missing accessories.

Norton 360 Issues

I am using Norton products since 1980s with advent of first PCs. My most recent experience is terrible. I have a Mac laptop, and Norton 360 was working fine until I installed BigSur OS 11.1. Norton 360 says setup needs to be completed. I can not uninstall Norton 360 nor complete the setup. Norton support tossed the problem to Apple. Apple engineers worked on the issue for two weeks and concluded the issue with Norton. Now, I have to wipe clean hard drive and reinstall other apps leaving Norton out. This is taking up so much time on my end, and all I get transferred to dept. to dept. and problem continues. Only option I have is to get rid of Norton altogether.

Impossible to cancel - emails just bounce back

I've been a reader for the best part of 20 years.HOWEVER, I recently bought a gift subscription for a relative and it has been IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL. Every email address listed keeps bouncing back, which is pathetic.

Subscription scam

I don’t think what they are doing is GDPR compliant when it comes to gift subscriptions. Received a 12 week gift subscription which I activated. Later found out the person gifting me the subscription was charged on automatic renewal. I wanted to cancel but could not as I was not the payee. When the payee contacted the economist they said they cannot cancel the subscription as they are not the account holder of the subscription. This is unlawful. I am surprised they are still allowed to operate this scam. Reported to data commissioner.
