Availability of multiple options and templates are too good.G2 considered most of the options that are really helpful for the fellow users, it reviews the user experience, usefulness to the organization, people etc. Ease of access, login to the site, quick emails for confirmation, rewards , all these options are upto the mark and expected.Overall very good experience in providing the reviews.

Just received a late filing penalty for a self assessment return that was filed on time and even received an email acknowledging payment. Unable to talk to anyone, automatically cut off probably because so many others are trying to complain. Even better, managed to log into my account only to find that HMRC are telling me that I’ve overpaid by £1,000.Well that’s obviously worthy of a £100 fine isn’t it.What a criminal I am, not only have a paid on time, and paid exactly the sum HMRC have asked, I’ve had the audacity to cause HMRC to miscalculate and make an absolute mess of the only task they have to do...I think they’re being lenient really.....what a joke.....

I've used Agoda for years and completed over a dozen bookings, but this recent experience has pushed me to never trust the platform again.I booked a stay at XYL Pets Friendly Seaside Boutique Guesthouse in Sunshine Coast (Booking ID: 1894528746) over the Easter long weekend – big mistake. I checked in late at night only to discover a filthy, unhygienic, and borderline uninhabitable property. It was so bad I had to leave and use public facilities in Happy Valley, Caloundra just to brush my teeth and freshen up. The place was a health hazard and absolutely unfit to be listed on any booking platform.What did Agoda do? They offered a measly USD $14 and later $28 as “goodwill” for an experience that was nothing short of torturous. Despite sharing photographic evidence and full documentation, I received robotic, copy-paste responses from different agents each time – a clear attempt to dodge accountability and wear me down.To make matters worse, Agoda admitted the property was below standard yet refused a full refund because the host denied it. Since when did Agoda start letting dodgy property owners dictate terms while the customer suffers?Agoda, you’ve lost my trust. If your brand values are built on volume over service and shrugging off genuine complaints, then you are complicit in enabling shady operators. Your platform should independently vet listings and take responsibility when things go wrong – not hide behind red tape.I've asked for a senior manager to call me directly and resolve this properly, but clearly customer satisfaction is not a priority here.To others: think twice before booking with Agoda. If something goes wrong, you're on your own.

Horrible experience. I bought a pair of Puma RS-X Hard Drive from them and after only 2 months of occasional wear, the sole had a vertical tear as there was an obvious defect. Was told that due to their 'policy' I only had 7 days to return a product. 7 days? I mean.. Bears absolutely no responsibility as a company whatsoever and what you buy is at your own risk. Was offered a measly 'partial refund' of 15% and was told that this was even 'exceptional'. Will be putting my money elsewhere!
