Defected shoe broke and they refuse to do anything about it.

Horrible experience. I bought a pair of Puma RS-X Hard Drive from them and after only 2 months of occasional wear, the sole had a vertical tear as there was an obvious defect. Was told that due to their 'policy' I only had 7 days to return a product. 7 days? I mean.. Bears absolutely no responsibility as a company whatsoever and what you buy is at your own risk. Was offered a measly 'partial refund' of 15% and was told that this was even 'exceptional'. Will be putting my money elsewhere!
