Late delivery of goods left me without heating. I used X to contact them hopeless forum. Chat page on main site agent left chat early. 2nd agent helpful but looks like I have to wait for delivery to an address where I won't be then send it back. Bad courier company. I now have to wait hopefully for a refund sometime in the future
