Worst online supermarket shopping experience

I placed an online order at El Corte Ingles Supermarket in Barcelona worth about $75. The scheduled drop off was between 11 and 1 pm. They delivered it at 9 pm, did not give me a receipt and delivered only half of what I ordered while still charging me for those missing items. I called 5 times the first day to file a complaint and the automated answering service kept hanging up on me due to call volume. When I finally got through, the wait time was 25 minutes. After waiting and getting transferred to another number, I just gave up. This company does not know anything about efficient operations and customer service.

I'm sooo tired of DeepL

I'm sooo tired of DeepL! Translations are OK, but support sucks. I just left a problem with them and am told they'll be back in 5 working days? 5 days??? Luckily, I have nothing to do over the next 5 days!! DeepL's new online app is a disaster. It lists me as a DeepL pro client but only translates 1500 words of a document. My subscription is up in the summer. I won't renew.

Biased left wing Britain hating disgusting corporation. They have forgotten the normal people of the UK favouring the minorities. Programmes are only aimed at BAME and LGBTQ etc. Sick of the disproportional representation of BAME. Their journalists are a complete joke not reporting news just their own left wing biased opinion. They should be ashamed. They do not deserve even one star.

Horrible experience

We own two homes. The home we live in, is the one AAA insured. Somehow they found out we own the second home. They assumed we moved and canceled my policy without notifying me. I found out when I had a question for them and called them. That's the only reason I found out. At that point they tried to renew me and of course I declined. Then they notified me that I had over paid and sent me a refund check for several hundred dollars. Several months later they put a collection for $90 on my credit report. I have tried to get answers but they stating they don't know how that could happen and each department blames another department. I quickly found out that I was never going to resolve it on the phone so I visited a AAA office. They said the manager who can help me was at lunch but he would call me as soon as he returned. That was 3 weeks ago and still no phone call. Don't even buy their insurance for a nickel. STAY AWAY!!

I’m am livid right now !

I am livid right now !! These crooks are not allowing me access to MY money because I took out money on the 4th before midnight. I assumed funds would be available after 12 am on the 5th? I have a receipt that quite clearly states i took-out money on the December 4 a little after 11 pm ? Anyways when I tried to access my money today insufficient funds? I have over $950 dollars in account !! So I get ahold of them by chat and they tell me I took money out at 2am I said no that is incorrect I sent receipt to them ??!!! Anyways even though I’m in CA I am following the rules they have laid out then they don’t allow me access to my money say I’ve already reached my limit for the day and I said No, I took it out on the 4th!! They are saying that I took out money at 2am Eastern time ? And I’m Furious! How does that make any sense at all ??!!! Do not use Venmo BIG mistake I’m really pissed!!! No stars !!!

'The Sacred Heart Messenger' Magazine

I ordered one copy of The Sacred Heart Messenger magazine on 17th April in relation to which an additional postage fee was charged. The latter was also paid. However, upon receipt of the magazine, the accompanying invoice indicated that the postage was charged in error and would be refunded. I appreciated being informed of this and also being supplied with the previous month's issue of the magazine free of charge. I am very much looking forward to reading both magazines!

Bad experience

I took two Lyft rides from Toronto Pearson Airport to downtown. The first trip was smooth and without issues. The second, however, was a mess.I booked the ride through the Lyft app, setting "Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto International Airport" as the destination. The driver arrived on time, but the app directed us to a completely different Sheraton hotel far from the airport. This wasn’t the driver’s fault or mine—it was clearly a problem with the Lyft app providing the wrong address.As a result, we had to use Google Maps ourselves to find the correct location. Despite the detour being caused by the app, I was still charged the full fare of CAD 85 instead of the usual CAD 30. To make matters worse, there’s no clear way to request a refund or contact support through the app or website. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
