Review of battle
Purchased game would NEVER launch. Support was WORTHLESS. It was a new game, we were patient and followed ALL trouble shooting steps. Servers would NEVER allow connection, but we were told we had TOO much game time / play time in? NO ONE WOULD LISTEN TO THE REAL TRUTH about the game NEVER working, not ONCE! We are uninstalling the Blizzard / Battle.net client. *** We will NEVER purchase ANOTHER game from them, nor do we recommend you do either ***We will USE a service that actually has customer service and/or can resolve a problem. I consider myself technology proficient and a professional. *** This company, in my PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL opinion, is neither PROFESSIONAL or LEGITIMATE, at this time, due to literally STEALING funds for service/purchase NEVER USED. ***Good luck with your future purchases.*** Be warned, DO LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! ***
Review of google
I started when the company was called Project Fi. After the initial trouble with receiving phones that didn't work, I bought my own phones and it went pretty smoothly until recently. They started billing me every 2 weeks and I got the "no service signal," so I couldn't call, accept calls or texts. Google fi is absolutely the worst cell phone carrier to go with now. I switched to Patriot Mobile and couldn't be happier. Do research before you sign up with Google fi...Google ruins everything it touches.

Review of zoom
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with Zoom's billing practices and customer service. I recently signed up for what I understood to be a two weeks free trial of their premium service. As a housewife, I primarily use Zoom for personal calls and was not looking to subscribe to a paid plan.Unfortunately, without my clear consent or understanding that I was committing to a paid subscription, Zoom automatically charged me for a premium membership after the "free trial" period ended. While they claim to have sent reminder emails, I am not in the habit of constantly checking my email for business-related communications, as I am not working. I genuinely believed I was on a trial that would simply expire.Upon discovering the charge, I immediately contacted Zoom customer service multiple times to explain the situation and request a refund. To my dismay, they have refused to issue a refund, citing their policy. This feels incredibly unfair and predatory, especially for someone like myself who is not a business user and was caught off guard by an automatic conversion to a paid service. This experience has left me feeling scammed and frustrated. I strongly caution anyone considering a "free trial" with Zoom to be extremely vigilant about their terms and conditions, as you may find yourself unexpectedly charged and unable to get your money back. Their lack of flexibility and understanding in this matter is truly unacceptable.
Review of lenovo
I have been dealing with them for 6 months and their customer service is terrible. In my opinion they are not meeting their consumer product requirements under Consumer Law in Australia. If you feel the same and have already tried to resolve your issue with Lenovo can you please submit complaint to the ACCC so we can get them to change their behaviour. Google ACCC Report an Issue.
Review of dell
Dell's customer service is the absolute worst. I ordered a monitor and it has terrible back light bleed. My initial customer care request online was closed without receiving help from them. I then contacted them via phone and asked to return or exchange it. They kept routing me to different departments. I spent several hours on the phone with them, sending pictures back and jumping through hoops, and in the end they refused warranty service and claimed the monitor was "working as intended". Despite the fact that the lower left and right corners are extremely too bright, and it's not fixable. Each representative that I talked to was difficult to understand and communicate with. And I was disconnected multiple times. Each time I called back, I had to start all over explaining what was wrong.
Review of ulta
Horrible online customer service. Called in because Ulta shipped my order to an address I haven't been at in 7 years. When my default address is my current home, and have used it several times with NO issues. The woman on the phone told me in order to ship to a new address they would have to get a return to sender. So, basically she told me I am SOL. She didn't even care to work with me at all. No empathy or anything. Couldn't even ship me out a new order that was only $80. That is chump change for this company. I have been a customer of Ulta since I was 14 years old. Extremely disappointed in their lack of empathy, and help.
Review of anthropologie
Purchased a very expensive velvet dress from the online store and i wore it in late June to a small gathering to celebrate my daughters promotion. Wanted to wear it for the second time yesterday (Christmas day) and my husband noticed that the seem had failed close to the armpit and it is no longer wearable! There is just no quality in their products anymore. will never shop there again and will tell all my friends, Profit over quality! Simply just not good enough.
Review of LinkedIn
Absolutely shocking ROI (return-on-investment). I’ve been charged over £100+ for our marketing campaign and only received 3 clicks!!! That’s disgusting and when I tried to ask for a refund they refuse. DO NOT USE LINKEDIN marketing campaigns, they will rip you off big time.
