Like others, I was sent a text from Opentable asking me to confirm my booking. When I replied to confirm, I was charged 15p for sending my reply to them. No warning of the charge. I’ve no doubt there is a warning buried deep in their Terms and Conditions, but this is sharp practice.

Booked a hotel on Agoda. When I got their I was told my security that the hotel (Groovy Giraffe - South Africa, Cape Town) has been closed down since last year already. I had to go back home. AGODA IS ADVERTISING HOTELS THAT DOESN'T EXIST!!!Getting a refund is a head ache, customer service telling me the hotel is not responding (Well yes, they have been closed down for a while now, mabey try contacting the owner). Not my first bad experience with Agoda. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

Called AAA at 9:45am today to service our car that wont start. It is now 4:00pm, and we are still waiting. Called several times and they keep telling us the truck will arrive in the hour. What liars! We will not be renewing this service next year! Wow! What terrible service!

I signed up for Coinbase, completed their verification process, and was approved to trade. I deposited my money and bought 8+ XRP, expecting to trade normally. However, just a day later, Coinbase suddenly restricted my account without any warning or valid explanation, preventing me from buying, selling, or withdrawing my funds.For nearly a month, I contacted their support team multiple times, and each time they told me, “We are escalating your case, please wait 3-5 business days.” But nothing ever happened! They kept making me wait with false promises while my funds were stuck in their system.Now, they have completely blocked my account, saying I must withdraw my assets. But here’s the catch: they won’t let me transfer my XRP to another wallet because their system requires a minimum of 22 XRP for transfers. So they are essentially keeping my money hostage!This entire experience has been frustrating and unfair. Coinbase allowed me to deposit and trade, then blocked me for no reason, wasted my time for weeks, and now won’t even let me access my own crypto. That’s 3 separate orders I have placed on Amazon over the pasted 2 weeks that haven’t turned up. The 3rd order due to be delivered today before 10pm hasn’t even been dispatched so I went on the app to cancel only for Amazon to refuse it and send me a dispatch email 4 mins later saying my items will arrive tomorrow. Noelle from Customer Service was no help at all!
