Review of getresponse

What I like most about GetResponse is…superb personal chat support and learning resources

What I like most about GetResponse is its responsive real personal chat support and learning resources. GetResponse creates superb quality video tutorials about email marketing and the platform. Not many platforms put in this kind of effort to help their users.

Review of g2

pay to play site

pay to play site. inaccurate "quadrants" criteria... for example, a company has freemium software will have more users, but doesn't mean the software is adopted by businesses, but G2 will rank it higher. They use LinkedIn as a way to determine a company's employee size which is inaccurate. A company could have many employees in Asia that are not on LinkedIn. just naming a few lots of flaws and issues with G2. Had shared with them and they just ignored. But ChatGPT will destroy these sites soon anyway. LOL.

Review of ea

TERRIBLE COMPANY

Worst company ive ever had the misfortune to deal with. They decided to log me out of my EA account because I haven't used it for a while, I'm told I need to reset the password but the email address on the account is really old and I haven't had access to it for about 12 years, all I want to do is unlock the account or unlink my Xbox gamertag from it so I can set up a new account so I can access online parts of games, simple right? NO, EA make it impossible, I've spent 4 days answering security questions getting the same cut and paste answers from their robots in support and I'm now left locked out and no way to link my gamertag to a new account meaning ill never be able to access online parts of EA games ever again. Fine, ill juts never buy an EA game ever again. after looking online this is standard practice and they do this to lots of people...hardly surprising they have such a terrible reputation

Review of lego

Extremly slow service.

Extremly slow service.I have ordered a few times missing parts from sets. When my children were younger, they did not take so good care of their Lego and now that they are older, they'd like to rebuild there sets.I'm really happy that you can buy almost all the missing parts from Lego and that, including the delivery, it's really cheap. So that's a great service. However, before Corona it took almost 2 weeks for them to send the parts and another 2 weeks until they finally arrived. Which was quiet a long time already. Now it was a whole month before they finally send my missing parts. No idea when they will show up, it's been 4 days since they were sent, so I guess another 10.When you order from any other online shop, it takes 3-5 days maximum for your parcel to be shipped, I don't understand why a company like LEGO needs a month.

Review of ESPN

Sucks

Sucks. Streaming gets slow and choppy every time there is a commercial. Never recovers without restarting firestick. And, there are a ton of commercials for a subscription service. Hate it. I do not recommend.

Review of virustotal

Great indicator of a Virus

Great website where you upload a file you think is suspicious and it checks it against 42 different virus programs and gives you a percentage of how likely it is a Virus. Remember that some programs pick up false positives so the more programs that think it's a Virus the more likely it is. This does still not guarantee it is though. It is just a guide, as the website states.

I used Techopedia to get up to speed on the latest cybersecurity measures. Their articles are informative and up-to-date, though I wish they would delve deeper into case studies.

Review of samsung

@Asurion & @SamsungUS - Do not use. Scammers

@Asurion DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.Asurion tech came out for Dryer repair. Failed to repair dryer, tried to sell us more services (fix one problem first, then we'll talk) & stole our parts. Now they refuse to return parts or fix. SCAM @SamsungUS isn't helpful. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNGCheck Reddit. Horror stories on buying Samsung. They will not help you if it goes badly, and it will.

Review of coursera

Subscription abuse

The website wouldn’t allow me to cancel the subscription. The website charged me twice and I had to manually write to customer service to cancel the google data analytics certificate. Additionally, every time I tried to remove my debit card information, the system generated an “error code” and wouldn’t let me remove my card. Customer support stated they were not able to help me with this request (debit card removal) and I had to e-mail an entirely different department or keep trying ( even though I stated I’ve tried over ten times). It seems like this is the accepted business model. Highly disappointed and will never use the website again.
