The whole support team is excellent and they're all very kind and it doesn't matter what kind of question regarding 1Password you have....they'll help you with all of your questions! It doesn't matter how long it takes. Thank you so much for giving the user this greatful support experience.
Review of dashlane
I used to love Dashlane, it was the answer to all my prayers saving passwords etc but recently the old legacy app has been dropped, it's moved online, and now every single day it asks for the master password on everything I try to autofill, it is driving me nuts. I am only writing this review as now for the 3rd day I have had ZERO response from their customer services team or support following the raising of a ticket. I'm done with it. Premium subscription now cancelled and I've moved to a different platform entirely. Such a shame, it was once great, now absolutely un-usable and Customer support non existent. I used to use on iOS on a Mac, latest 2022 machine, latest software and major integration issues. Can I recommend, well I used to all the time, and probably gave them a lot of business, but now, no, steer clear.

Wish I could give a negative 5 stars review. They are biased as hell and suspended an 11 year old account with 90k followers for no reason 2 weeks before election. They refuse to give a reason or answer my emails. They won't even answer the BBB complaints.

If I could write ZERO stars I would.Do not trust Facebook with any of your personal information. They don’t even have a customer service phone number and the customer service is absolutely horrendous. What a joke. They will not help me get my account of 20 years back. Lost all of my photos and my business page. They don’t care about you and their security from hackers is horrible. Do not sign up!
