I used to love Dashlane, it was the answer to all my prayers saving passwords etc but recently the old legacy app has been dropped, it's moved online, and now every single day it asks for the master password on everything I try to autofill, it is driving me nuts. I am only writing this review as now for the 3rd day I have had ZERO response from their customer services team or support following the raising of a ticket. I'm done with it. Premium subscription now cancelled and I've moved to a different platform entirely. Such a shame, it was once great, now absolutely un-usable and Customer support non existent. I used to use on iOS on a Mac, latest 2022 machine, latest software and major integration issues. Can I recommend, well I used to all the time, and probably gave them a lot of business, but now, no, steer clear.
