Coinbase froze and restricted my account

I believed that I had been scammed because I sent btc to a questionable site. I made the mistake of reporting this to coinbase. Even though there had been no unauthorized access to my account, the support person froze my account. This took days to resolve. Once into my account they have restricted my ability to transfer btc out of coinbase. This has been going on for weeks. Support claims to escalate it for review. My last contact told me she saw no escalation. I was told that support has no ability to transfer me to a manager and has no contact data for any manager. She sent me a complaint report which auto closes as soon as you enter an open case number. I am completely frustrated and just furious about this. I want access to my funds and now! There was NO unauthorized access! Why was it frozen and now restricted? The support guy who froze the account barely spoke English and must not have been able to understand my situation. I can't understand why anyone remains a customer of coinbase. I want my btc and full access to my account.6/6/2025 update.I received the boilerplate "we're sorry" response and an email opening a new case. I wasted 90 minutes chatting with support who said...guess what...she'll escalate it. Still no response, still no resolution, still restricted. Support will not tell me what the problem is, did I do something? The world may never know. I want to transfer my assets somewhere else. I have more than had it with Coinbase. They are just the worst.
