Review of deezer
The Deezer service is good, in theory, but delivery leaves much to be desired. The software is filled with chronic bugs, and the bigger problem is their tech support, which is deplorable. Spotify is a much more technologically advanced platform, and provides better support. Tidal is light years ahead, but my not have the breadth of audio tracks that Spotify and Deezer have. All in all, Deezer is far more trouble than it's worth. If Deezer would fix their apps and provide adequate support then it would be a worthy consideration. As it currently stands, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I believe they are in league with some bad actors in the crypto space. They advertise fraudulent sites like Vauld savings wallet. Also think their free candies are a trick of some kind to get people to visit their site. I ordered something over 2 months ago, never got anything, and they have never responded to any of my email inquiries.

Out of control productAnd I mean that from a technical stand point. They have siphoned off each function so discreetly it's hard to tell what I even have access to, and I am constantly stuck in an infinite loop of things I want to do, which are presented in the tool bar, but which I am prevented from doing with a "insufficient privileges" error message. I truly hate, loathe, and despise Adobe, which is sad, because I used to think they had great products.

I made an order and they sent me 2 by mistake. I returned 1 as I do not need both. Now they have sent me payment reminders to pay for the 1 I returned and refuse to acknowledge their mistake and cancel the payment reminders. I spent 1 hour on the phone to them only to have the customer service tell me I was stupid because I don’t speak Dutch and they will not cancel the payment request. So now I have to pay for an item I returned.

I recently had to switch to Norton Internet Security after my McAfee subscription had run its course and caused me a lot of headaches. Unfortunately Norton turned out to be even worse and my syystem is running horribly slow and jerky except my Alienware Dell laptop (no honey without money as usual). The customer care is no help either. I have made a mistake but hope others do not follow it. Steer clear!!

I had my account stolen and can't reach customer service to save my life!!! Online assistant said wait time was less than 10 minutes, over 30 minutes and nothing. Uesterday said 10-20 minutes and I waited over an hour. Bull!!!

Should be a zero. Order a file cabinet that requires a cement block in front to not fall over! Then after 2 months the topdrawer on the right everything let goand fell off into the 2nd drawer. Clearly not a well constructed file cabinet and destined to be in a landfill less than a year! Neither the Chinese company Devaise or Amazon gives a damn. They took my money and basically gave me the finger!
