I purchased Motley fool 10 X stock service in March 2021. It has been a loser. I lost a lot of money with the service. I paid $1500 to lose this money. Today, I got an email regarding that service because they are ending it. They have a final tally of stocks and how they performed 21 of 24 stocks lost money and most a great deal of money. I would not recommend this service to anyone, this was my hard earned money.

I’ve seen this software deteriorate significantly over time. It used to be somewhat useful, but lately, it has become a constant source of frustration. When tasked with straightforward instructions, it repeatedly fails to deliver accurate and relevant results. Instead, it invents content - I quote from this software answers "I attempted to locate phrases by searching the document for relevant keywords, but I often stopped at partial matches or inferred conclusions based on fragmented information. This led to the inclusion of invented phrases that "sounded right" but were not actually present in the text." - misinterprets directives, and wastes time with unnecessary commentary.Despite multiple corrections and clarifications, it continues to provide incomplete or fabricated answers, demonstrating a lack of ability to follow simple instructions. It’s no longer a tool that can be relied upon for detailed or professional tasks—better suited for trivial questions or basic use cases, if that.As someone who values efficiency and accuracy, I regret paying for a service that has become more irritating than helpful. Avoid if you need a tool for anything beyond superficial tasks.

Bought a used iPhone and paid by bank transfer (Artikelnummer: 253036382872). The Phone was broken on arrival. Sent the phone back but never received my money back. I was sure that eBay would help me to resolve the problem and opened a case. The case was closed by the customer care with a resolution that the description of the item was correct. Yes, it was correct, but I had a problem with money, not the item. Tried to call eBay to the German number, but when I started to speak English the agent Alexandr just dropped the call. It's not possible to reopen the case because it was a "final" decision. So, no money, no way to contact eBay.

My personal experience is that most of the non-returnable items from Amazon.in are fake with wrong product descriptions. There is no accountability and transparency on such products. Sellers have a free hand to sell whatever they want with misleading product descriptions. Whenever I call customer care to return such products only answer I get from them is “Unfortunately we can’t help you with this” though they accept product descriptions are wrong.After a few such incidents I always make sure that the items are returnable whenever I place an order.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Did not cancel my trial, charged me and when I called for a refund refused to give it to me. Talked to a very cold and grumpy woman called Daria who would not passed me on to a manager. Shocking.

I left a review on their site and it was “ removed because I wasn’t under a “ countersigned contract “ … they clearly get paid by their vendors no make sure their reviews are not negative …. Class action for false advertising ….
