My personal experience is that most of the non-returnable items from Amazon.in are fake with wrong product descriptions. There is no accountability and transparency on such products. Sellers have a free hand to sell whatever they want with misleading product descriptions. Whenever I call customer care to return such products only answer I get from them is “Unfortunately we can’t help you with this” though they accept product descriptions are wrong.After a few such incidents I always make sure that the items are returnable whenever I place an order.
