Bought a used iPhone and paid by bank transfer (Artikelnummer: 253036382872). The Phone was broken on arrival. Sent the phone back but never received my money back. I was sure that eBay would help me to resolve the problem and opened a case. The case was closed by the customer care with a resolution that the description of the item was correct. Yes, it was correct, but I had a problem with money, not the item. Tried to call eBay to the German number, but when I started to speak English the agent Alexandr just dropped the call. It's not possible to reopen the case because it was a "final" decision. So, no money, no way to contact eBay.
