Predatory free trial.There is no ethical reminder that your free/highly discounted trial is coming to an end. You’ll suddenly notice £14.99 or £24.99 being taken from your bank.Even if you notice at the last minute and try to cancel, you can’t cancel on time due to having to call and cancel during their business hours so will still get charged.The price is obscene for extremely basic features, very few in their right mind would pay this outright to have a Telegraph account hence why they lure you in with an extended trial period hoping you forget about it and get billed before you remember to cancel.Seems impossible to find a contact email for them. There’s a phone number which has fairly short hours of operation - but what about people who are deaf or hard of hearing?

Braintree have stopped paying out since mid February. They literally owe us 10s of thousands of pounds! And there is NO SUPPORT. No phone number, no live chat, just contact form that to date has not been replied to.This is not just poor service, it's actually CRIMINAL as they are withholding our money without reason.When we first signed up with Braintree, they had phone support which was very helpful. I do not understand how a company can go to such an unbelievably poor level! Even the parent company, PayPal, provide generally good phone support. Why would they not offer the same through Braintree!!

I closed two business accounts with other banks,and opened with amex and given £10000 credit limit and £6000 on other card, I spent £4000 for my business, after few months they taken of all my credit limit and left me only £100 available, not a phone call or explanation,and it happened when I was out shopping and my card was declined,they did the same thing to my personal card,never trust them again,why given that credit limit in the first place.

Ax can’t be trusted they’ll lower your credit limit while you’re traveling abroad leaving you scrambling to get your hotel bill paid! They started out as the best and turned into the worst! There dishonest a good card to keep away from!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. They allowed a scam charge to go through on my credit card then they blamed me for putting my card number on this website however I did not know at the time that its a scam website. After that, I got NO notifications at all that a payment was not currently scheduled and I paid ONE DAY LATE and they refused to waive the late fee even though my payment history is excellent and I'm a relatively new customer.

I contacted customer support as an application in one of my courses was not working. I got a few standard suggestions, but none resolved the issue, and then the same suggestions came around. All suggestions were directed outward, never considering that the problem could also lie within the Coursera platform. We kept turning in circles. When I requested to be put in contact with somebody within the organisation with the necessary technical skills, I got an email within minutes telling me my issue is 'resolved'. Would give no star if I could. They really don;t care.
