I contacted customer support as an application in one of my courses was not working. I got a few standard suggestions, but none resolved the issue, and then the same suggestions came around. All suggestions were directed outward, never considering that the problem could also lie within the Coursera platform. We kept turning in circles. When I requested to be put in contact with somebody within the organisation with the necessary technical skills, I got an email within minutes telling me my issue is 'resolved'. Would give no star if I could. They really don;t care.
