I ordered a large number of items in October for my children, 16 items in total , I love the quality and style of Zara clothes for my boys. The order arrived in a sealed cardboard box , left on my doorstep as I was not home . The image taken by EVRI was of a different parcel but that’s an EVRI matter. Anyway when I opened the box there were 5 items missing totalling c £70 in value. This is when everything was a totally shocking disaster.., multiple WhatsApp chats/ Facebook messages later Zara ‘customer services’ totally refused to believe me that these items were missing from my order and repeatedly ‘ closed my chat down as there was nothing they could do ‘ As you can imagine , I wasn’t happy after spending money on items I have not received . I paid using PayPal so ended up raising a dispute with PayPal who also sided with Zara as Zara had ‘ confirmed all items were present when they left the warehouse’ I asked for proof of this , and was ignored and quite frankly I’ve been treated like a fraud. It’s now may 2024 and I am still fighting the case with advice from citizens advice. I’m so upset / distressed and exhausted from this and the way I’ve been treated . They simply don’t give a monkeys about their customers one single bit !
